Review of coursera
It's fine - the course quality is good, the price is acceptable, the android app works nicely and at least on my mobile phone, better than some of the competitors (edX, udemy, udacity, cybrary). Also, I enjoy reasonable high quality and that I can wait with the decision about whether or not I want to buy the course certificate - I enjoy that.

If I could give below zero stars I would gladly. I am sick and tired of the click bait that is being promoted by google. As an older person I am not very good with technology, and I have fallen foul of scammers getting my information and then trying to scam me! The government must know that google is allowing this?? I am so angry and frustrated that I have to write this review of google. All the stuff about cost of living payments are not true, and since I opened the site I have had emails trying to trick me into giving my bank account details!! Google should be held accountable for this fraud and I don’t know why thd government have not stepped in and put a stop to it?? Shame on you google your only interest in what you earn from all of these companies and people that are using your internet service. I hope that you are proud of yourselves.😠😠😠😠

Review of neilpatel
Beware! Avoid falling for their TRAP!After 9 months of working with the NP agency, it became evident that this agency was completely clueless about SEO and Google ads. Our website was hacked due to their practice of outsourcing and giving login access to numerous people. They charge $300 for backlinks that are available online for $15. You might assume that by hiring this agency, you are availing Neil Patel's expertise for your business, but that is far from the truth. The individuals handling your project are likely untrained or have no idea what they are doing. After signing the contract, they barely communicate with you unless you bombard them with emails to get their attention. It's appalling! We terminated our contract with them upon realizing that they failed to adhere to our security guidelines, leading to our website getting hacked. They now threatened to sue us and send us to collections because we legally ended the contract when they repeatedly failed to follow our guidelines.
Review of justgiving
It’s hard enough raising money for charity, but when people are kind enough to donate, Just Giving automatically adds 15% for themselves, despite charging charities to use their site. They make it so confusing for some people and many either end up paying or give up and don’t donate. Absolutely disgusting, trying to profit from those who genuinely want to make a difference.

I'm a paying customer on Facebook with business site with 22k followers. My account was hacked, some other Instagram was linked(name I never seen) and it supossedly violated some guidelines so Facebook disabled my account. No way to contact support, no way to do anything - It severly affects my business and I'm going to report them to local business competition authority. Stay away from Facebook, never give them money

Review of wayfair
Just had the worst experience with Wayfair. I ordered a product what I got was not that product it is so obvious . They are saying they are same. I would love to leave photos here but it won’t give me the option. I am wanting to save another customer from this headache and the most awful customer service. So not worth it.

Review of asos
I strongly advise you not to spend your money here. Asos blocked my account due to “Suspicious Activity” under their Fair Use Policy and refused to refund my valid returns. Please check their definition of “Suspicious Activity” on their website because it includes very normal activity such as large returns and contacting customer care about legitimate missing deliveries or refunds (WITH proof of postage), which can happen with any online shopping experience. They can refuse refunds on these grounds despite the returns being valid. Ironically, Evri tracking literally instructs you to contact the retailer. Since my account has been blocked, customer care are refusing to communicate. As a disabled person I do nearly all of my shopping online which means my returns are greater than average (ASOS’s poor quality garments and poor sizing aside). Bearing in mind, I had purchased their premium delivery service historically too. They instructed me to pay for postage for my valid returns which I would be happy to do if I hadn’t checked out with the knowledge that if I kept at least £40 then I shouldn’t have to pay returns costs. Asos went back on their word on this offer. They expect me to pay to return items that they know they will refuse to refund. You have consumer rights if you cancel your order within 14 days and return it within the following 14 days, so Asos are breaching the Consumer Regulations 2013. I advise that anyone else in this predicament goes to the small claims court, contacts their credit card company and reports them to trading standards.
