Review of calm
Never been one for meditation but I do like to listen to audio books in bed as they help me drift off to sleep (I set a timer). I came across this App during the UK’s 3rd lockdown and I thought I'd give meditation a try and also test out the bedtime stories. I'm doing a lot of solo walking because of Covid lockdown so thought this would be the perfect opportunity to give meditation another try. I'm afraid either meditation is still not for me or the narrators voice grated to the point I became irritated - is it Tamara? I have listened to two of the Apps bedtime stories and while they are 'okay', I find my audio books provide the same rhythm/tone and help me drift off. All in all I felt paying for this App wasn’t worth it for me as I wouldn’t be using it very often, however, if you do like to mediate and you don’t already use audio books then this App would be good value for money.Regarding cancelling the free 7 day trial period. I received an email reminding me my free trial subscription was coming to an end on day 4 and I was also informed I needed to cancel 24 hours before the free trials end (so really you are only getting 6 days free trial). Fearing I’d forget and get caught out I cancelled straightaway. Unlike other reviewers I was able to cancel my free trial subscription with just a couple of clicks on my iPhone. I went to the settings within the App, clicked on subscription and there was the cancel subscription option. After pressing cancel subscription I received a pop up message informing me my subscription was cancelled and that I had until the end of the 7 day trial period to continue using the App for free before it would stop (I screen grabbed this) – easy!!!

There is no customer service and if your video is denied promotion, you are literally on your own... You will never understand why exactly you can't promote your video and is a completely authoritarian way to distribute content.

I have used this to pay supplliers invoices with mixed results, after eventually paying an invoice about a year ago, I was invited to join which I did only to then be advised I didnt have the relevant permissions to view the invoice. A new supplier recently sent me a couple of invoices using this company, the first went through fine but the second one requested sending validations to our directors phone or email, preventing me making the payment. We dont have time to mess around with companies like this. I will direct our suppliers that we will pay by alternative means only.In response to your comment : yes it is your problem! If I as a payee cant pay bills via your system when billed because of your checkout process and waste my time trying then that is a poor experience

brand new 10tb drive made horrible clicking noise . got advice from seagate to install seatools did this drive was faulty.sent drive to seagate under warranty and use there free data recovery service.waited weeks nothing.sent email saying they never received my drive.sent proofof delivery then they sent me a story that it was lost ect ect . morale of the story im a 10tb drive missing £200 + postage to return to seagate in future just take it back to store you purchased and get it replaced and forget about the free recovery.

All I’ve gotten from ancestry is ads about buying more membership goodies! I still haven’t seen (or maybe, found) any data about my ancestry other than telling me who my parents are. Oddly, I guess, I ready knew that! Ancestry also seems to have lost the sample we sent in for my wife. There has been no acknowledgement of her samples. The DNA testing appears to be nothing more than a scam to get more dues. Prove me wrong!

I would not even give this company one star. DECEPTION at its finest. Free trial turned into nearly $1500. I paid $200 for my first month. My card expired so they were not able to charge me for the next month (June) which was $389. I received an email June 25th saying I owed $389. Yes I will pay but I also want to cancel. I cancelled July 7th and they said I owed $922 to cancel. I can’t see where any of these numbers are coming from and they are unwilling to explain. Someone please sue them for deceptive practices.

I received £250 as a reward of my hard work from my company in pre-paid mastercard.I Received the token via email, no mention to the validity of the token. The token expired with no advance notice (like com'on man we are in 2022 right and a big company like mastercard cannot send you a reminder for you to use their service before expiration).I paid my taxes on that money while I never had a chance to use it.Very frustrating but I guess, that is probably how that type of company make a lot of money.I am not going to re-use their service neither I recommend it to anyone.Poor customer experience.

Incredibly disappointed to be writing this review as I am an owner of several Garmin products and have been very happy with the products until now. Recently my 810 edge has suffered a catastrophic failure with the screen being unresponsive, which initiated me to call customer services who promptly replied with there is nothing we can do. I need to spend £96 on a model that has no box, lead or anything else. As I explained to the individual I wasn't happy with that and what could they do to help me further, they quickly responded with, that is not our policy and that is it. As a customer who has purchased several Garmin products in the past I was cast aside as unwanted problem with no support. Thank you Garmin for making me feel valued

Shocking customer service. Unable to reach anyone for technical help. Since I upgraded to the Pro package my recipients aren't receving my zoom meeting invitations. The package says clearly that I am entitled to 'chat with agent' - but this is untrue. Such a minted company with no sense of value for customers.

The deadline of 14 days for a refund is not respected at all, just as Zara does not respect long-term regular customers at all.Zara shopping is a terrible stress because consumer rights are not respected.The customer's uncertainty regarding his rights is certainly the most stressful online shopping experience.That bad experience keeps getting worse, the fight for your rights is exhausting and Zara shopping has not been a pleasure for a long time.Note:I have no desire to prove anything to Trustpilot, I have all the evidence that I struggle at least once a month to get my money back and I am under serious stress because of Zara online

It's a form of moral blackmail and it's happening more and more. It's almost as annoying as the precocious child acts.

Sudden removal of basic features I was using daily without any notification. No self-respecting tech firm does that - you get regular emails notifying you of a change with a planned date. Greed has killed a platform that was once great and well worth paying for. It's now dead and useless. Congrats guys. You'll be out of business in a couple of years.
