I thought Britain's got talent contestants were supposed to be judged on their talent not their hard luck stories.It seems that if a contestant can spin out a tale of misfortune before he or she performs the chances are that they will get through. It's a form of moral blackmail and it's happening more and more. It's almost as annoying as the precocious child acts.
