Incredibly disappointed to be writing this review as I am an owner of several Garmin products and have been very happy with the products until now. Recently my 810 edge has suffered a catastrophic failure with the screen being unresponsive, which initiated me to call customer services who promptly replied with there is nothing we can do. I need to spend £96 on a model that has no box, lead or anything else. As I explained to the individual I wasn't happy with that and what could they do to help me further, they quickly responded with, that is not our policy and that is it. As a customer who has purchased several Garmin products in the past I was cast aside as unwanted problem with no support. Thank you Garmin for making me feel valued
