Urban outfitters has nice style but is extremely overpriced. Young adults and teens can’t afford this. Far too expensive. They need to change this.I bought a couple of things from Urban Outfitters off a gift card, they were small things however one of my purchases was broken and unusable. It was quite expensive and a waste of money. I also purchased a cropped hoodie that was sort of beige in colour after I washed it it turned pink and had a huge green stain in the middle. I had washed it with plain colours and nothing else had been dyed pink. A waste of £34. I got bored of shopping there with there rubbish service and moved on. What a waste of time and money never shop there. The one stars for their style

I can’t stress enough how disappointing my service experience has been with Tesla on multiple occasions now. First, it was the charging issue. I spent around two months going back and forth, trying to convince Tesla that there was a problem with my car’s charging compatibility. During this period, my third-party service provider not only replaced my charger three times but also offered me discounts on my charges, which is far more than Tesla ever did.And now, I find myself in another long-winded ordeal. I’ve waited 35 days for an appointment to fix a non-opening passenger door, only to be told that the necessary parts are unavailable. It’s mind-boggling how a company that prides itself on being cutting-edge can be so archaic when it comes to customer service. I’m not dealing with a minor inconvenience here; I can’t even open my passenger door!I’m starting to question Tesla’s credibility and commitment to customer satisfaction. These aren’t isolated incidents but a recurring pattern of poor service and lack of accountability. It’s completely unacceptable

Constantly tagged by scammers and fake accounts when I comment on charity posts. Facebook / meta has absolutely no response when these scammers are tagged (by me and others). They never take them down. I have reported dozens of these accounts. (These scammers are selling merchandise with non profit / charity logos, by pretending to be representing the charity). Tied to facebook because all the animal rescues I volunteer use it. I wish there was an alternative because Mark and Meta don't give a xxxx. They just want the advertising dollars.

I now see why Victoria’s Secret have such a low trust pilot rating.My daughter shops there regularly and has always wanted a pair of their very over priced pyjamas which are beyond her budget or mine.She was excited to find them around half price on their website.When we tried to purchase they were changing to full price in the basket despite showing a lower price below her colour choice.I contacted them for help and was told it was a ‘glitch’ causing them to falsely advertise this price. They won’t honour it and couldn’t care less about the misleading advertising.Very disappointing from a well known brand.

The customer service at GoPro is shockingly bad!. I placed and order with them for 2 items and a subscription and all the way through the transaction the shipping was free, as I had spent enough to qualify for the £12 discount. However, without realising at the very last payment screen the shipping fee was charged and i ended up paying too much. And this is where is all went wrong. I contacted the Customer Care team via chat as their website said this was the shortest wait. After waiting 45 minutes, i finally got through to someone and they said they couldn't see the order and raised this with their Ordering Team and someone would be in touch today.Fast forward to Monday - No response from them. Got back in touch again, via chat as this was the shortest wait time. Oh heck, turns out half my order has now been cancelled and they have only allowed the subscription to go through and after about 90 minutes i got told to re-order the items and they won't honour the free delivery. I have provided them with screenshots of a live view of the basket and of the order confirmation in my email, but they just don't care.

I have purchased thousands of dollars of GoPro equipment. I have this GoPro max 360 that seems like a cool device but it’s a total piece of garbage. Had massive issues getting the battery lid back on. I called customer service and through their automated system, I got hung up on. GoPro is a garbage company that’s just like riding on the laurels of how cool it was when I first started. Competition, you can destroy GoPro Because they’re a whole bunch of husbands that only rely on what they achieved initially. Please come for a better solution.Rylo, where are you?

I would love to say Fox is a reliable news source, but given the gross injustices I've seen from watching one reporting proved why I can never admit that. There have been multiple instances of inappropriate comparisons, such as the one comparing George Floyd's death to the increase in stocks. It's appalling that this sort of behavior is allowed and I would not recommend tuning into this news source.

This left me feeling disrespected, unsupported, and questioning whether Etsy cares about the small businesses that pay their fees and keep their marketplace running. Etsy’s refusal to enforce sellers' policies or even take the time to thoroughly review evidence sets a troubling precedent. It sends a message that buyers can abuse the system, insult sellers, and tarnish their reputations without consequences. It’s disheartening to see a platform that once championed small businesses turn into a profit-driven corporation, disconnected from the needs of its sellers. If you’re a seller considering Etsy, I urge you to think twice. Build your own website or look for other platforms that respect and support small businesses. Etsy is no longer the safe, seller-friendly marketplace it claims to be.
