Purchased 6 pairs of socks... 4 arrived.

Purchased 6 pairs of socks 4 arrived in the mail, contacted customer service and they've have had me jumping through hoops for the last 3 weeks trying to sort it out, it seems Uniqlo would rather draw the process out in the hopes I will drop it the caseIt's only 2 pairs of socks at £2.90 each it's not the end of the world but it's just the principle of itUltimately I will avoid Uniqlo in the future, weird values and laid back attitude which do not align with what you'd expect from a brand who champion good customer service.

Ubisoft support is pain

This is one of the most painful experiences I have ever had when dealing with customer support. When trying to recover my account, which I had remembered the name but not the email, I could not because of Ubisoft, "representative," I was speaking to just kept sending the same form which asked for my email address for the account, which I did not have. This is one of the worst customer support sites on the internet. Nothing is done to help the customer. And even if you are lucky enough to get through there is no guarantee that it will even work. In short, due to the atrocious "support" that this company has, I will not purchase any more of their products and I would suggest that you do the same. As an addendum, the games the company produces are fine, however the support of the company to its customers is so terrible that it is too risky to purchase a product.

This review is for the flight attendant , Akane on my flight from JFK to Athens on Wednesday, August 21. I forgot to request a GF meal for the 9 hour flight and she went above and beyond to give me a banana, chips, and even some of her own meal (hard boiled egg, cucumbers and a small can of tuna). Pitiful customer service/ pitiful company

I have been trying to come in contact with an actual rep who can actually assist me in TWO WEEKS!! I applied for a credit card and they send me a letter explaining they suspect identity theft may be involved and to call a number. I call and can only access a rep with an account number or card number? But if I have no account how can I proceed?.. I finally get a hold of someone who then transfers me to someone who can “help.” they then transfer me. This continues 4 times until I’m assured the people I am getting transferred to has the answers I’m looking for…. Of course they are “closed” and it hangs up on me. It’s the laziest excuse of customer service I understand theirs respective departments but no effort of taking a problem and solving it. Just bail out transfers. I got a hard inquiry pull with no card and no answers. Idk who’s worse the employees or those who hire and train them.

I'm not loving it. My clients are using the tool to schedule with me, but they are not receiving the invitation. Sometimes, I receive it, and sometimes, I don't. This is causing a lot of confusion and frustration for them and me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS .....

Absolutely shocking experience and I really wished I'd read all these reviews before I placed an order. Less than 12 hours after I ordered from Crocs I received an email to say they were cancelling my order. No explanation of any kind was given. My bank account was saying pending so I used their WhatsApp to chat with them and they promised that it wouldn't come out of my account but that it would say pending for a couple of days. Then the money was taken. They then said the refund was now being processed but I knew they were fobbing me off. I got quite angry and told them I would claim it back through my bank. And that was today's plan to sort it with my bank. When I looked at my online banking account today it had been refunded. I was more shocked to get a refund as I didn't think I would judging by these reviews. They even had the cheek and offered me 20% discount which I told them where they could shove it. I will never shop with Crocs again and my advice to anyone would the same. A shambles of a company 😡

Logitech's Customer Support is so poor

Logitech's Customer Support is so poor, i would think twice about buying one its products again. I would only recommend buying a product worth less than you are prepared to lose or throw away about £25 or $25.The support team member had a strong accent which could be barely understood, they did not listen and as a result, took 38 minutes to get nowhere. Then my call was diverted to a Remote Voice System asking me to say what I thought of the support I received. Not a lot.A thumbs down from me because this keeps happening. Logotech Support sends it customers round in circles.

Horrible experience

First off, I never write a bad review unless the public needs to be warned. I bought some items using Klarna and cancelled 2 out of 3 of the items the same day. So a few weeks go by and I notice that klarna is charging me for the original amount. I tried to resolve it online only to find out that klarna wants you to contact the vendor. Ok, I did that, then the vender says to contact Klarna. OK, so here I go, since I already tried online, I had to call in. I was on the line for 30 minutes with a rep that was clearly sick, as I couldn't understand a word she said due to the nasalness of whatever was going on with her. Her solutions were a nonviable and I finally hung up frustrated. Hours later, I try again to resolve it online and finally got to where a spot on the site where I could upload my evidence of cancellation and it would not attach! I watched the circle go round and round. Finally reluctantly, I called back in and got a descent rep. She said she is sending me a email to attached the proof of cancellation. I asked how long would that take to get the email, 7 business days!!! What? I am beyond frustrated with this company and will NEVER use them again. Good Luck.

DO NOT ORDER FROM DELLI ordered a monitor 3 weeks ago and had my order delayed and then randomly cancelled with no communication provided except a simple email stating "Your order has been cancelled". I would recommend ordering from other providers such as Acer or Philips.

I have a lifetime subscription with Crocoblock and have used their support to help me use their plugins on several occasions for my client's websites. They are always lightning fast at responding, are always keen to go into the backend of your site and fix things, and are very thorough in their response. They always fix the problem.
