What a scam this company:-suspicious withdrawal from my account so I shut my account down-they do not answer but only apologize and ask me to reach out again, and again and again. So no Netflix or Spotify any longer-Very bad communication/ not approachable when there are problems And I do not know how to get my money back. Do NOT open an account!

Diabolical BTC fees 😳⁉️I wanted to make a small BTC transfer to my external account wallet and come to find on a $92 transaction I was charged a fee of $39 😭 NEVER AGAIN I checked the same transaction with another popular exchange 💱 would have cost me $7.... You live and learn I guess 😒 smh deleted the app.

Salesforce is one of the worst contact…

Salesforce is one of the worst contact management softwares I have ever used in my 15 years as a salesperson. Contact management and time management are the two most important aspects of your day when running your practice and I still can't believe how bad salesforce is at this after using the platform for so many months now. I have given it a fair chance and my expectations were reasonably high based on what I was told it would be like but they have grossly over promised and severly underdelivered. I honestly don't know how people use it for effective contact management and relationship building with clients and customers. It is clunkly, non intuitive, simple tasks take way too many clicks and time, it's very slow, and I mean very slow to load compared to other platforms I have used and for what we should expect for our internet speed and just the expectations of technology today. Not to mention the expectations set by SF. It's not that hard to learn as I heard from some reviews in the beginning. I think some people get feedback mixed up with learning curve and just horrible processes. Anyone who is in sales knows how important contact tracking and activity tracking are. I love to track for my business and I am a very good at taking care of clients because of my attention to details. With SF, it takes many more clicks and actions for the most basic logging of activities. It makes no sense, not even from a managerial level as our compliance team has complained about how to best monitor activities with the way the system requires us to enter info. Think about it like this: your a bakery chef and someone comes to you and says they are going to build you a custom kitchen, the best custom kitchen that will help you cook and serve customers. They build the kitchen and stick the cooling racks for the baked goods on the opposite side of the kitchen from the ovens, not next to them, as far away as possible. You ask them to update it, and they seemingly can't. It truly feels like whoever developed the software has very little to no experience in sales or any position that requires relationship management. I have asked a number of peers in my industry and in other industries about their experience with SF and every single person I have talked to hates it and has similiar feedback to me even though they have their own customised versions. From my experiences, you would have to have some really terrible CRM software for salesforce to be an improvement.

Platform is a scam, once something breaks you'll never get help

Really happy when i first signed up. It's a great platform albeit expensive. I'm pretty tech savvy so found it easy to use and was happy with how automations were working. HOWEVER their shopify integration is a joke. It's buggy and constantly not working. Customer service is literally a scam. THEY HAVE NEVER solved even the simplest issue via the chat and i even pay extra for one on one monthly support. THEY WILL ONLY EVER GIVE YOU A TICKET which no one responds to. I've mostly been able to troubleshoot and work around myself and on average have waited 15- 30 days for a response which is obvious the staff have no interest in solving the problem whatsoever. They literally respond with answers like "try refreshing". I currently have a ticket waiting because my shopify integration has stopped working creating chaos in my business and it's been 7 days with no response even though i messaged several more times. I will be moving platforms even though i'd put in years of work into this one and invested over $5000 a year because i simply can't run a business like this and it's costing us so much money.

I purchased an Apple Watch on 11/4…

I purchased an Apple Watch on 11/4 which was shipped on 11/6 (day of original scan). It was lost in transit. The last scan was by UPS on 11/8 showing it arrived at the UPS facility. The seller and I worked with UPS to put a claim in since it got lost. Mercari's shipping policy is:Prepaid labels include up to $200 in Shipping Protection for standard, Media Mail and economy shipments. If your tracking stops receiving updates, we recommend reaching out to the shipping provider. If they can’t locate the package and there hasn’t been a tracking update for 15 or more days from the last scan and 30 or more days following the acceptance scan by the carrier (first scan by the carrier after receipt/pickup of the package), you can request a refund from the Order Status page.Now Mercari is saying we have to wait until Dec. 24th before they will help us. :( They are breaking their shipping policy. It is horrible customer service. They are refusing to reimburse us for a lost item!!!!

Return rejected for an untrue reason (scam?)

Returned an order and one pants got rejected 'due to a washed smell'. Which is impossible because the reason of return was that the pants was too small. The item got sended back to me and I smell nothing at all. It feels like a scam because it's an Asos design brand trousers and didn't have any labels (none of them, I ordered 3 sizes) so it's their word against mine. They are not at all solution driven. It concerns 50 euros which is a lot of money for nothing.
