Logitech's Customer Support is so poor

Logitech's Customer Support is so poor, i would think twice about buying one its products again. I would only recommend buying a product worth less than you are prepared to lose or throw away about £25 or $25.The support team member had a strong accent which could be barely understood, they did not listen and as a result, took 38 minutes to get nowhere. Then my call was diverted to a Remote Voice System asking me to say what I thought of the support I received. Not a lot.A thumbs down from me because this keeps happening. Logotech Support sends it customers round in circles.
