First off, I never write a bad review unless the public needs to be warned. I bought some items using Klarna and cancelled 2 out of 3 of the items the same day. So a few weeks go by and I notice that klarna is charging me for the original amount. I tried to resolve it online only to find out that klarna wants you to contact the vendor. Ok, I did that, then the vender says to contact Klarna. OK, so here I go, since I already tried online, I had to call in. I was on the line for 30 minutes with a rep that was clearly sick, as I couldn't understand a word she said due to the nasalness of whatever was going on with her. Her solutions were a nonviable and I finally hung up frustrated. Hours later, I try again to resolve it online and finally got to where a spot on the site where I could upload my evidence of cancellation and it would not attach! I watched the circle go round and round. Finally reluctantly, I called back in and got a descent rep. She said she is sending me a email to attached the proof of cancellation. I asked how long would that take to get the email, 7 business days!!! What? I am beyond frustrated with this company and will NEVER use them again. Good Luck.
