Ubisoft support is pain

This is one of the most painful experiences I have ever had when dealing with customer support. When trying to recover my account, which I had remembered the name but not the email, I could not because of Ubisoft, "representative," I was speaking to just kept sending the same form which asked for my email address for the account, which I did not have. This is one of the worst customer support sites on the internet. Nothing is done to help the customer. And even if you are lucky enough to get through there is no guarantee that it will even work. In short, due to the atrocious "support" that this company has, I will not purchase any more of their products and I would suggest that you do the same. As an addendum, the games the company produces are fine, however the support of the company to its customers is so terrible that it is too risky to purchase a product.
