Pitiful customer service/ pitiful company

I have been trying to come in contact with an actual rep who can actually assist me in TWO WEEKS!! I applied for a credit card and they send me a letter explaining they suspect identity theft may be involved and to call a number. I call and can only access a rep with an account number or card number? But if I have no account how can I proceed?.. I finally get a hold of someone who then transfers me to someone who can “help.” they then transfer me. This continues 4 times until I’m assured the people I am getting transferred to has the answers I’m looking for…. Of course they are “closed” and it hangs up on me. It’s the laziest excuse of customer service I understand theirs respective departments but no effort of taking a problem and solving it. Just bail out transfers. I got a hard inquiry pull with no card and no answers. Idk who’s worse the employees or those who hire and train them.
