Awful experience for my flight from Sydney to Dubai on 03/12/23My luggage was lost and took them 3 days to deliver the luggage to me. Me and my family stayed without personal belongings for 3 days. We were not offered any kind of relieve of fund to purchase some basics specially we were not at home !The luggage delivered but 2 bags were broken ( they replaced them) but nothing else.Staff were rude and not helpfulI will think twice before using Emirates again. Their service, Staff, inflight service and food are going downward. Extremely disappointed.

I will never shop in store or online with DSW again. After today I'm done. Ordered online to pick up in store. Store cancelled my order. they sent me 20% off coupon for my inconvenience. Ordered online but one shoe was too big so I took it back to store. I had them order a replacement and mail to the store since I didn't want the display shoe in my size. Went today and whoever sent my replacement shoe sent a totally different shoe. The manager (a rock would have at least said I'm sorry blah blah. She said nothing.) She seemed annoyed at me and the entire situation bu maybe that's her personality? Sorry but this is not my fault. The other employee at least apologized! The "manager" got a box of shoes and I asked her if that was the display she said no but when she opened the box she said oh well it wasn't the display when I got it. I left to try it on and looked at the bottom, it was dirty! I just asked for my money back. If the customer service sucks, you won't get any more of my money. OKC, OK

Cant believe the appaling service I have recieved tonight at The Westerwood in Cumbernauld. I phoned for room service at 20.45, I appreciated that the hotel was busy so was willing to wait a while. At 22.10 I phoned to question where my tea was to be told by reception they would chase it up and have it delivered ASAP. At 22.30 I phoned and chased again to be told it would be chased up again as they weren't sure what had gone wrong. Come 22.55 I phoned again as was really hungry as had been on the road since 5 am, by this time there had been a shift change and was advised the chef finished at 10pm !!! Obviously my food was never going to arrive when I first phoned at 22.10 so why lie to me ?????

The online chat reps aren't the best.In the past a Market Place vendors made it difficult to return a purchase. Best Buy gave me contradictive instructions each time. I eventually just kept the monitors. Today, the chat agent. Greeted me, I asked my question and she proceeded to ignore me for 10 minutes straight. I typed hello and "?"Only acknowledged me when I said I would report the interaction.

I have been a longtime faithful customer of Target. I always joked with my husband that if I ran to Target for one thing I would come home with a cart full. I also bought from Target online quite a bit. Not.Any.More. I canceled my credit card. I moved all my prescriptions out of the CVS that is INSIDE the Target just so I won't have to walk into that store ever...again. Your company is now compromised. You have capitulated to the whims of a dictator thus you have sided AGAINST the people and the people will vote with their $$. Goodbye Target. Your prices were getting too high, your stores were getting to be absolute trash, and the customer service had become not just bad but hostile. Buh-bye.

I spent 4 hours, over 3 sessions with HP Tech Support because my laptop is stuck on a loop. (HP Logo Screen, swirling circle beneath, will not boot up)Results. My laptop is still stuck on a loop, they say it has been determined to be a software issue. Sadly still no resolve, no offer for service, just more troubleshooting that does not work. The laptop is on warranty, yet, they seem determined to try the same troubleshooting tips that have not worked in the past. I have asked repeatedly if I can take it to the service center for repair, but they say no.Pros. Everyone is very politeCons. Nobody is particularly helpful, and my laptop still does not work.

I had spent a great deal of time researching the right steam mop that would help the carer of a vulnerable relative and placed my order on Amazon on the 1 May. The delivery date wasn't clear so a couple of weeks in to my order I called up Amazon and asked them to confirm a delivery date or else I would have to cancel and order urgently elsewhere. The person at Amazon I spoke to assured me that I need not cancel and to hold on as she stated the delivery date would be June 15. Based on trust I waited. I decided to call up two days ago as the orders page now stated it would arrive not on June 15 but much later in Novemeber! No one from Amazon let me know that. When I called them up asking if that was an error on their page they told me, I wouldn't get the mop sooner. Not happy at all with this!! When I asked to escalete they told me I couldn't as I was speaking to the overall manager. However when I emailed them I was told by someone there that they had escalated the issue stating they would take the expereince I had and learn lessons, not that they would try to make it right or offer a reasonable remedy.....very unhappy with all this!!!!!
