I spent 4 hours, over 3 sessions with HP Tech Support because my laptop is stuck on a loop. (HP Logo Screen, swirling circle beneath, will not boot up)Results. My laptop is still stuck on a loop, they say it has been determined to be a software issue. Sadly still no resolve, no offer for service, just more troubleshooting that does not work. The laptop is on warranty, yet, they seem determined to try the same troubleshooting tips that have not worked in the past. I have asked repeatedly if I can take it to the service center for repair, but they say no.Pros. Everyone is very politeCons. Nobody is particularly helpful, and my laptop still does not work.
