Cant believe the appaling service I have recieved tonight at The Westerwood in Cumbernauld. I phoned for room service at 20.45, I appreciated that the hotel was busy so was willing to wait a while. At 22.10 I phoned to question where my tea was to be told by reception they would chase it up and have it delivered ASAP. At 22.30 I phoned and chased again to be told it would be chased up again as they weren't sure what had gone wrong. Come 22.55 I phoned again as was really hungry as had been on the road since 5 am, by this time there had been a shift change and was advised the chef finished at 10pm !!! Obviously my food was never going to arrive when I first phoned at 22.10 so why lie to me ?????
