Not the Best

The online chat reps aren't the best.In the past a Market Place vendors made it difficult to return a purchase. Best Buy gave me contradictive instructions each time. I eventually just kept the monitors. Today, the chat agent. Greeted me, I asked my question and she proceeded to ignore me for 10 minutes straight. I typed hello and "?"Only acknowledged me when I said I would report the interaction.
