I'm a small, one-unit short-term rental owner.I have had a listing on VRBO for 7 years. Recently, there was a disaster near the location of our listing, but it did not impact our listing. However, VRBO chose to incorrectly display that our listing was potentially impacted when it wasn't at all.Worse, as people cancelled bookings, VRBO offered no help to defend our refund policy.Worse, when local government asked us to briefly pause new bookings, and the pause function at the VRBO website didn't work (error), we had to reject bookings.Rejecting bookings is bad in the VRBO algorithm and they can curate this for exceptional circumstances, but VRBO chose to ignore these circumstances and allow their algorithm to punish our decision to follow the government request.Consequently, VRBO quickly went from winning 90% of our business to 30% and still falling.

Well let's see.. had to buy four picture frames which were fine. But at check out after I paid was carrying my items and dropped one because a customer was in the way of an employee which I had to dodge both of them dropped one of my frames which I noticed later got a busted corner. Whount of happened if IKEA would provide a bag. Asked for a bag after I checked out and wouldn't have had to go through the line again to buy a bag. The place is good and bad the whole bag thing kinda makes me really pissed off.

I did 4 requests. It went out to about 17 people. No one was available. Communication was poor. One was booked but there was faulty communication and mixed information between the chat and the booking info mixing up dates. Sitter did not respond after first chat message.

They charge you for everything even to return the devices to them even when you pay for the shipping. They lease you the system and aside they gain from merchant fees. Then after your contract is done they charge you other fees. They don't even tell you what they're charging they just send you to collections.
