$60 was taken from my account. Unknowingly 500px had been set up to take an automatic years payment from me. Their policy says they send an email to let you know 7 days before. I have no email anywhere in any folder, never did, still don't. The person I spoke to was rude and unhelpful and said "You can dispute it with your Paypal account but we won't be refunding it." Might as well be theft as they didn't fufill their duty to inform of an upcoming payment, I now I am lacking money for bills.

2FA never works and the account recovery process is terrible. I’m sick of my password needing to be reset, yet when I try to do it, it won’t accept my (correct) current one. You try to reset it, but the 2FA never works (website says it’s not available). Then you have a long winded form to recover your account, providing details like; email addresses you’ve recently sent to and what the subject line is. (I might be in the minority, but I don’t recall my emails to that detail). Then, less than one minute after submitting the form, I get an email to say Microsoft ignore all recovery requests where 2FA is enabled. So to summarise, 2FA doesn’t work, you can’t reset a password without 2FA, so then you need to recover the account, but you can’t recover the account because you have 2FA enabled. Guess what options this leaves you with? A password reset! One big circle of absolute nonsense. I feel like I’m in the twighlight zone here. Whole process needs improving, never seen anything like it

I bought a Garmin Fenix 6 Pro and an Index S2 body scale swithing from Apple Watch. Although I like the Garmin watch a lot I am extremely dissatisfied with the Garmin's ability to solve issues.Today I had trouble doing something as simple as removing notifications from my smartphone app (displaying on watch)However, that is not possible yet?!Garmin are you serious? This is the 5th time I Google very simple stuff that A LOT OF PEOPLE request an you don't do anything about.I kind of sense that the internal infrastructure of Garmins softwaredevelopment is extremely disorganized and run by old managers who simply do not understand their users.Once again, nice watches - horrible service and information

I recently moved and decided to purchase some furniture through BB&B after searching online for options.Everything was fine and convenient until one of my boxes got to me all beat up and the chair it contained was missing the screws. I had included the shipping insurance since it was furniture and I live in an apartment building. BB&B said I had to go through the shipping insurance (Extend) if I wanted a return and I was bounced from one side to the other for weeks.The Extend portal crashed as I was finishing the shipping insurance claim, I called and the rep said the claim had gone through and only pictures were missing. I sent the pictures several times, but every time the reply to my email was to make a claim and every time I called the reply was to just submit the pictures because the claim showed in the system. I asked them to reset the claim and then my order wouldn’t show in the portal.I gave up, I gifted the chair to a friend that said they didn’t mind the screws were missing. I tried getting the screws myself but I got so upset that I just wanted the chair out. I don’t plan to buy with BB&B and certainly don’t intend on buying shipping insurance, I think I prefer the order to get lost than dealing with Extend.

Bought a H/P Envy desktop in 11/20 and it has a massive hardware failure in 6 days. Sent it back and got a Dell XPS 8940 at Costco in 12/20. The new Dell is a fantastic tower. Problem:. The power cable that came with the XPS acts like it is 5 years old. Have contacted Dell customer service 4 times and have gotten the biggest run around ever. Kind of like buying a new car.

For a WAV file, you pay about 2.20$ per song (which normally would be fine). I bought different songs for $62 and wanted to download them overnight to my ipad. Unfortunately the download failed for several songs. No problem, you should think... You can download the music again, right? Yes, but only if you do it within the first 24 hours after the first download! What a cheek! I can't even stream a complete track anymore. Fortunately, I know the musicians and I can ask them to send me the files. I will also advise them to stop supporting Beatport and switch to another platform. Keep your hands off Beatport!!! PS: This is the first time I'm writing a review, but this really sets me up!!!!

Do not trust Tractor Supply!!!!I ordered a Cannon Gun Safe on their website November 24th. I had been searching all retailers for over week leading up to cyber weekend in order to find a good safe for the money. I ordered the safe and got a confirmation email stating that my order had gone through and could pick it up Saturday November 25 but please wait for an additional email confirming that the safe was ready for pick up. Saturday afternoon I still had not received any email so I called the store to ask if it was ready. The lady was very helpful but after searching for a while said that there was not one available at this time and that they would contact me when one was available.November 28th, I got a very sterile email stating my order had been cancelled (see below). No explanation.given.Hello William,The item(s) listed below have been cancelled. You have not been charged for the item(s) listed below. Please contact Customer Solutions at 877-718-6750 if you have any additional questions.I called the Customer Solutions number and talked to Shay who said there was nothing to be done as there were no available safes at that store. While on the phone I looked up the safe and found one available at a nearby store that had the exact. I told her I was good with picking it up at the other store if she could move the order to the other store. She said that Tractor Supply's policy would not allow her to do that. I asked to speak to her manager and got the same answer from Angela. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told that he would have to call me back as he was not in until noon. She said it may take up to 48 hours for him to get back to me.I was worried the one that is currently available will be gone by that time. I even asked her if they could hold it until this gets resolved and she said no.I have never had an issue like this with any other retail stores in the past. If an order was made, the store honors the order or usually will give a comparable item as a remedy. Because I thought I had bought a safe, I passed on some other similar safes at other retailers and some of those are no longer available.As of today, I have not received any calls for the supervisor.I went to the corporate site and registered a complaint but have not heard from them either.

I have a new phone... passwords are not transferred and I had forgotten the master password. Dashlane will NOT allow you to reset this password without losing everything. Even Banks have the possiblity of resetting passwords. If I wouldn't have found the password it would have been a disaster.
