The guitar center nightmare

I ordered a schecter 7 string that they had for sale online. They had the wrong pictures on the listing so had to cancel the order. They left the charge on my card for over a week and in that week the guitar I wanted was bought. Tried to chat on the website and the employee just closed the chat without offering any resolution. Had to call 3 different times to find someone to actually help me and even then their solution was to get a gear card or ask for a higher limit on the gear card. Finally ordered a guitar that was my third choice since the used pieces I wanted were sold while I stared at a guitar center charge on my card and then shipping is delayed two days because it's in a different box since guitar center isn't honest about stock and will let you buy anything even if they don't have it after I was told by the agent that helped I would have it on the weekend. That didn't happen.i have been trying my hardest to buy a guitar from them for a month now and still don't have an instrument in my hands. Getting someone from the company to consistently respond to emails or the live chat to help you is near impossible so they can filter you to the phone I suppose where they try to sell you more and more. Worst customer experience I have ever had and I will never spend money with this company again.

Removed a game from my library, without consent.

If you remove a game from the library it should still be playable and downloadable... Then they go ahead and remove the version I have and changed a pixel so it can be the "Deluxe" edition one I would refuse to buy because I wont buy the game again.Spoke with customer service and explained the situation and the rep made it about them... I told them just give me the deluxe version or give me my refund... They have done neither.I hope this company goes down at this point, if you like them because of a game and all, prepare to be thrown under the bus at some point.

Customer support just fobs us off.

After spending months getting Quickbooks to get the invite links via e-mail to work we are now unable to register new users from our team as when Quickbooks is supposed to send the verification code there is a problem at the Quickbooks end and the code does not get sent. This means I cannot access my clients. Quickbooks claim that this has been escalated to the senior team but after a fortnight I still have heard nothing. Utterly appalling customer support again. Xero has no actual customer support and that is still better than Quickbooks. Disgraceful. Again.

This is now my 4th review on El Corte inglas…

Review No 4. As stated previously I purchased a sofa and chair on the 15th July and paid in full. I received the sofa July the chair eventually arrived 14th September, but wrong chair, I received two further deliveries which I refused of the same wrong chair. I tried to get a chargeback via my Sabadell Mastercard, after 50 days they advised because I had refused delivery of the wrong chair I had no claim. To my thinking that is El Corte Ingles telling out and out lies, by stating I refused delivery IT WAS THE WRONG CHAIR. So after four months I am lumbered with a chair that I did not want and is not suitable for my husband, Looks like I am the mug, and have been taken for an idiot by the Bank and El Corte Ingles. I have sent 10 emails to El Corte Ingles and they do ot even have the courtesy to reply. So my advice do not pay up front until you have actually received what you ordered. I would not go near them again, they are a rubbish company.

Terrible after sales

Purchased a £800 heat pump dryer 3 years ago with a 5 year warranty. Dryer has failed and cost to repair is extortionate. They will not honour the warranty as I did not register it on their website. If a product is sold with a 5 year warranty why should I have to register it. Absolute disgraceful customer service and total waste of money.

Buy anything else! Samsung has awful customer service

I bought Samsung induction stove in December of 23 and Jan of 2024 the circuit board fried and rendered stove useless! Replaced whole stove thinking maybe it's a lemon. May of 2024 blew up again! Samsungs customer service does nothing for you absolutely awful and talk to you like I understand how your feeling like they're going through the frustration just like you, don't worry you'll wait months for a resolution. Hard to live without a stove and they don't care you can't cook and that appliance isn't working. Stupid

I would give cengage zero stars if I could. The professors who stand behind this program have absolutely failed the students they teach miserably. It’s absolutely selfish and inhuman. Maybe it’s because they don’t value their career as they once did? Or there’s an extra incentive on their behalf? We may never know. But one thing I do know is it’s not right. So something’s going on. All teachers knew what they were doing when they decided to become teachers. Clearly the professors that stand behind this program just shouldn’t have became teachers because with this program they aren’t teaching anything. And in fact creating a lot of frustrations for numerous human beings that just want to better themselves. Too many glitches come with this program. Such as…Randomly logging you out. Doesn’t let you log in at times. MULTIPLE ERROR POP UPS!!! Assignments are not even compatible with the lesson being taught at that time. And I don’t even know where to begin with technical support. Incompetence at it’s finest. I’ve never had someone become so indignant over a simple request for them to help. Which is their job might I add. Just to leave you on hold after they blatantly lie that they are going to get the issue resolved and transfer you. And you’re left on hold…And this has happened several times on multiple occasions so it’s not a misunderstanding. Teachers do better. I fail to believe people have that much hate in their heart to continue to support such an incompetent program. Or maybe you do have the hate. And I suggest you pray on that.

I have lots of evidence.If you are reading this for the first time, I promise you stay very well away from Crypto.com. this is a huge scam and they have stolen so many peoples money.Absolute disgrace of a company. I bought two rings online in December 2022 and returned them because of size issue b fire Christmas/22 It is February now they have not processed my refund yet . It is close to two months Ridiculous I spoke to them 3 time every time they say 5 business days but no. I will never recommend online shopping at Pandora they are so bad in sending order they miss things and then you have to call again and again for order very very bad customer service and process of Pandora
