Since December I noticed my card could not be used, I have sent over 50 emails and alway the generic AI response. I think they are aware there is a major issue and probably struggling to fix it. And have probably told customer support not to answer anyone in the hope they just fix it.I will be reporting this company to the Ombardsman and to the FCA. I have lots of evidence.If you are reading this for the first time, I promise you stay very well away from Crypto.com. this is a huge scam and they have stolen so many peoples money.Absolute disgrace of a company. And forget about customer support.
