After spending months getting Quickbooks to get the invite links via e-mail to work we are now unable to register new users from our team as when Quickbooks is supposed to send the verification code there is a problem at the Quickbooks end and the code does not get sent. This means I cannot access my clients. Quickbooks claim that this has been escalated to the senior team but after a fortnight I still have heard nothing. Utterly appalling customer support again. Xero has no actual customer support and that is still better than Quickbooks. Disgraceful. Again.
