Review No 4. As stated previously I purchased a sofa and chair on the 15th July and paid in full. I received the sofa July the chair eventually arrived 14th September, but wrong chair, I received two further deliveries which I refused of the same wrong chair. I tried to get a chargeback via my Sabadell Mastercard, after 50 days they advised because I had refused delivery of the wrong chair I had no claim. To my thinking that is El Corte Ingles telling out and out lies, by stating I refused delivery IT WAS THE WRONG CHAIR. So after four months I am lumbered with a chair that I did not want and is not suitable for my husband, Looks like I am the mug, and have been taken for an idiot by the Bank and El Corte Ingles. I have sent 10 emails to El Corte Ingles and they do ot even have the courtesy to reply. So my advice do not pay up front until you have actually received what you ordered. I would not go near them again, they are a rubbish company.
