I bought two rings online in December 2022 and returned them because of size issue b fire Christmas/22 It is February now they have not processed my refund yet . It is close to two months Ridiculous I spoke to them 3 time every time they say 5 business days but no. I will never recommend online shopping at Pandora they are so bad in sending order they miss things and then you have to call again and again for order very very bad customer service and process of Pandora
