I completed Intro to Customer Service Technician in4 days went to next course was in week 2 when trial ended billed for month. Went back to site couple days later sign in all I get is a white screen. Tried all remedies to no success. No contact number or email. Message at top of screen says that they are receiving above normal submissions from students. I think they are a rip off do not use.

Very helpful staff (Tina) and even received a heads up email that my renewal was coming up, even though I had canceled the service I was using before, but thought it was wonderfully kind to let me know I would be automatically charged for the upcoming month. Tina verified and confirmed (after explaining what I needed to do to cancel the renewal). I would gladly do business with a company like this any day.

Wordpress provides very bad customer service. Some agents give wrong information or don't understand the situation. They promise to get back to you but they don't. Businesses lose customers because their website is down. In the beginning Wordpress provided good service but now it is a disaster. So disappointing!

Twilio is shutting down a better service that they acquired called ZipWhip. The catch is they will still hit you for an early cancellation fee even though they are the ones canceling the service. Requiring advance notice to cancel a product that you are being forced to cancel is unethical.

It is by far the worst email platform on the market. After their latest update, it barely works. This means, among other things:- Constantly logging out- Error out of the blue when you click around- Unreasonably slow load time- poor support in the sense that they don't acknowledge the problemThe program has always been slow and not very intuitive.

Predatory behavior I selected a free trial and they said my email was on the system already and charged me for a full year when i asked them to give a refund they refused i tried to edit 1 document and they require you to sign up in order to download the pdf and take you directly to the payment page with free trial written everywhere. Stay away
