Place an order on 6.21, expected delivery on 6.25. However when I checked on 6.29, the shipment was still not shipped yet. I called the customer service and the lady said there are huge amount of orders now so it was delayed. Fine. On 7.3, I still got nothing so I called again, the lady said because they don’t have the FREE GIFT anymore so they haven’t shipped yet. Why no one told me about this? Then they “refunded” the free gift and promised a new tracking, but NOTHING! Today I called again, and she is telling me a different story now! Because the warehouse haven’t gave her any updates so now I have to wait again and cannot cancel the order. The whole thing is ridiculous. I will never buy again at Macy’s.UPDATE: Called the customer service the next day, the man said it was cancelled. But when I called today, they said it was not cancelled. Macy’s is a joke.
Review of logitech
I have spent 40 days waiting for a keyboard. I preordered it on the 1st of May with Shipping in May on their listed on their website. Apple had the same keyboard but was shipping in June hence me going direct. However 30 days later I was no further. So I contacted Logitech and said cancel the order I need this keyboard now and ordered it from Apple. The support agent said he will try and what a “coincidence” it was shipped on the day he said he tried to cancel it. So his advice was to reject it when it was delivered. Well I have a tracking number and on the 8th June it says it will be delivered and was sent out at 05:45. At 09:47. It then updated to say it will now be the 9th of June and delayed by 1 business day. Then on the 09th of June at 15:43 the same message delayed by 1 business day. It is now 18:00 hours and after a 1 hour wait on the phone with UPS who say it is out for delivery up till 7pm. Somehow I don’t think so! So it’s another email to Logitech saying is it cancelled or not?Looks like I’m going to have to claim the money back with my card company. So lesson learnt.

DO NOT BUY LENOVO. Their product (Ideapad Flex 5) was shipped to me with a broken/defective keypad. Although the problem was discovered over time, and we spent some time troubleshooting software issues on our own, we did not get in touch with Lenovo until 5 days after their 30-day return policy. It has been a nightmare trying to speak with anyone above a technical representative. No one would allow me to speak with a customer care representative... My sone is now without a computer for at least 10 days into his summer school session. DO NOT BUY LENOVO

I am beyond frustrated with Dell and the recent support of their systems. At my work we have had 3 Dell Inspirons 3793 units. All of which have had an identical problem where the screen goes black for no apparent reason, then 1-15 minutes later comes back as if nothing was wrong. All 3 units were built months apart. Countless hours have been spent trying to correct the problem—repair technician visits, support phone and left wondering when it will just quit working. I don't trust this machine and it's not even 30 days old! When will #Dell own up to the fact that there's a problem with the Inspiron 3793 model? I tried to leave a review—but that's not an option on their site. I'm tired of the Merry Go Round ... I need a reliable model that just won't go black. Return it for a refund or exchange it ... I just don't want it.

They recently did an upgrade in our area. Our internet service is now poor. Visited local store in Devonport and was advised to buy an extender. When I expected that nbn was perfect before upgrade they didn't care or weren't interested
Review of X (Twitter)
I joined this site as a quick way of receiving news from several other sites, having all the news tweeted to me rather than search the individual sites. I had already set up an account many years ago which I did not use, so I utilised that. I removed the old followed sites and attempted to add the new ones. At that point, instead of getting a welcome greeting off Twitter, I was banned for 3 days for breaching their following policy. Surely the whole point of the site is to follow people?Lets make the ban permanent shall we Twitter? I will help you out by deactivating my account. I don't want to deal with an unwelcoming company, so any money I spend on adverts will be done through Facebook instead. You always were and always will be second best.
