We booked a 3-week trip to Beijing, Korea, and Japan with flights and all accommodation through Agoda. While the first two flights went smoothly, the final flight back to Beijing was a disaster due to Agoda providing the wrong departure time.We received the incorrect flight details on the day of travel, and their confirmation email matched the wrong time. As a result, we were an hour late and missed our flight.When we contacted Agoda, they refused to take responsibility, saying it was up to us to double-check the time—even though they provided it! No refund or compensation was offered, and we had to pay $650 out of pocket for a new one-way ticket.Very disappointing customer service. Would not recommend booking flights through Agoda.
