My brevoexperience!

My experience with brevo is extremely satisfactory, since brevo offers a very complete package in the free option, but also the paid options are really designed and structured to give maximum promotional development for your company. I also had a problem with the payment method in my country and on the same day a representative contacted me and guided me step by step to obtain the necessary support that was able to solve my problem and in my language. Thank you very much Brevo!

Responsive Support

We switched from MailChimp to Brevo because the former lacked any type of support for it free plan - we were victims of email phishing effort, and there was no way to report it.We investigated other options and found Brevo would best suit our needs - we're a small non-profit in a rural area with just over 800 subscribers.We signed up for a free plan and developed a test campaign email and wanted to include the unsubscribe and profile update links in the email's default footer. Had to contact support since the profile update linked did not appear in the footer after we selected that option in the settings.Contacted support and within a business day, they provided a solution, which we appreciated.Brevo Support also recommended a paid plan to meet our campaign needs. We compared a similar plan with MailChimp and found out that it would be more expansive than Brevo's. MailChimp's paid plan included support.We appreciated Brevo's Support while we were on the free plan - found it responsive and thorough.

Ahrefs Review - Poor Experience

Last night, I signed up for a new account on Ahrefs. Since this morning, I've been trying to get used to the platform looking for new keywords, but unfortunately, I have been experimenting several errors during the day.I contacted support, and they told me, big websites such as Microsoft, etc, are too big to show the results, that I needed to try with smaller ones.I kept trying with smaller sites, but I found out that for every 10 sites I searched for, I was getting the same error. Technically, I was unable to gather the info I was looking for.So, I decided to contact them to cancel my account and ask for a full refund. But sadly, I was told they don't offer refunds if a customer have already used their platform. The funny part here is that I used it, but I was unable to do anything due to that error.My recommendation is, please don't use this company. I felt terrible about the way they talked to me in their live chat. I don't think they aren't really concerned about their customers, and they don't care if their platform works or not.Now that I am reading the bad reviews, I just realized it was a mistake to get that service. Find a better option and keep away from them.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided. Despite being a large and well-established company with many years in the industry, they fail to use their technological expertise to improve customer support. The service is consistently of very poor quality, and it’s baffling how a company of this size and experience can neglect such a crucial aspect of their business. It’s clear that they need to invest more in their customer service to meet the expectations of their clients.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCOMPETENT STAFF

SLENDERTONE UKI ordered slendertone gel pads from the company on 17th November, I am yet to receive delivery. I sent an email which wasn't responded to until I sent a follow up email urging for a response. I finally get a response 4 days later to state your order has, been shipped, with a tracking number. I had received that email on 19th November but unfortunately the tracking history stated the order was to be delivered on 23rd November, if the incompetent customer service had clicked on the link they would have known that the goods still had not been delivered and it was now 25th November, I have sent 3 further emails and contacted them via live chat only to be told your query has been sent to the relevant department and we will let you know, that was 2 days ago!!!I have asked them for a refund as I do not have the time to chase them and it is too stressful, again they have not responded. I would never order from them or recommend them to anyone, they will take your money but not deliver the goods. The company is being managed by creditors after it went into liquidation but it appears they are incompetent to run the business.

They scammed me twice

They scammed me twice. The first time, I canceled their service after moving to another country, but they kept charging me anyway. Even after support assured me they’d stop, the charges continued. I had to block my credit card.Now, living in the EU, I made the mistake of signing up again. Their website worked for a few days, then started throwing unexpected errors on everything—TV, multiple browsers, VPN or not. This is the worst service I’ve ever used.

They just want your money and don't care

Customer service is rude and doesn't do anything to help. They don't care if you're on vacation and won't be needing the account anymore- they still charge you. I thought my subscription was due another day but it wasn't. I tried to cancel and they weren't any help nor did they want to return my money. It would be great if they sent reminders that you'd be charged, but of course they don't care they just want your money.

I order amino collagen powder last june 17 then until now i didn't recieved my stuff and i called the customer service for asking help but the lady that I've talking for is very rude and she told me she cannot help me..because of my address theres no zip code, anyway im living in abu dhabi UAE and no zip code on this country but my address is correct i give my flat # everything but she dont understand she still want my zipcode . How many times I've orders any kinds of stuff through online but i dont have any problem. I just thinking maybe thats a scam because i ask to give it back my money and she told me she can't help! Good thing that i just order one items because I'm doubting that time..

AVOID BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!PLEASE AVOID BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO PROTECT YOUR MONEY!!!!I booked this villa through Trip Advisor in June 2021 for a holiday with my family in July 2022 and the owner who is listed as "Sukru K of Carrington Group".My booking was accepted and my deposit was taken however, since that time I have sent 8 unanswered messages to Sukru and Carrington!! All I wanted was confirmation that my booking was still good especially given the time between booking and my actual holiday plus Covid has clearly disrupted travel.At this point I found out that the villa is double booked for some of the dates we were meant to be staying.We tried contacting Carrington Group, and they have said that I do not have a booking at all !! Yet Trip Advisor have said they have spoken with the owner who has confirmed our dates.One company is clearly not communicating with the other and so the money I have given them is I presume now lost and my family and I will not be going on holiday!As a test I sent another enquiry through Trip Advisor to book the villa for some alternative dates and funnily enough I received a response from Sukru K within 24 hours, yet all my other messages to the owner have clearly been ignored - strange that!!So please take my advice and do not book this villa or you will lose your money!!If I could give zero stars I would.

Spotify was never a great app but the…

Spotify was never a great app but the have really gone downhill. The app plays 1 or 2 songs from your playlist and then advertisement, after that it goes silent, you have to reset it to play again and the it plays 1 more song and then goes silent. The premium seems to be worse and other Spotify users are experiencing the same issues. Some say Spotify is purposely doing this to force people to upgrade(money grab)

Wasted time, Wasted money... A few days after I started my membership on Medium they suspended my profile of violating their terms! I had already payed and published my first article about valentine gift ideas. they took my money and put my profile on suspend. Goft nothing out of it but frustration and confusion. Such a shame for this company for this attitude towards contributed. I will not recommend it at all

Horrible. It’s next to impossible to get a hold of anybody in support. I had to reach out to them on Twitter just to get some to help me. Why is it so hard to reach someone either via chat email or phone call when you have problems. This is what’s wrong with these tech companies. They don’t understand customerservice at all. It’s just all algorithms.

Asus Business to business support BS

We build computers and have used nothing but Asus MB's for 26 years. Recently had a bad board determined by Asus Business to business support. They told us a replacement would arrive 3 days later. We call 4 days later "I don't know why it didn't go out we'll escalate the issue", Nine calls later and 3 weeks of being jerked around with story after story". They escalated a simple DOA MB to we no longer buy Asus MB's, laptops, or monitors

Royal Caribbean Group Cruise Booking

I have a group Mediterranean cruise booked for August 2023 with Royal Caribbean’s Odyssey of the Seas and I have to say how disappointed I am in how they operate their groups department. I have 15 rooms booked & paid for in my group and neither of us was able to make any payments online or book flights online through the RC Air2Sea. RC doesn’t treat group bookings the same as we have to call and speak to a live agent whenever we want to do anything regarding our booking. The problem with this set up is that RC’s booking department phone lines are only open Monday through Friday till 7pm and on Saturday they phone lines close earlier and Sunday phone lines are closed all day. If you have a reservation in a group booking and call RC’s 24/7 phone line the reps tell you they are unable to service you because you are booked in a group. The regular 24/7 phone line can not even take a payment for your booking if your reservation is in a group booking. Now if RC’s group department have limited phone line hours why not at least allow their regular 24/7 to be able to service you as needed. This set up frustrated everyone in the group especially me as the group leader. This means if you booked in a group then you have limitations on accessing information to your booking. This is unfair and I hope other cruise lines do not operate like this because I do not plan on booking any groups with RC ever again because of this difficult set up. It is an annoying and unreasonable set up that should be modified to assist all customers 24/7 not just customers that booked outside of a group. It is an unfair way to handle business especially when group bookings bring in a lot of money for the cruise lines.
