I think Wayfair deserves zero stars. I will NEVER shop at Wayfair again. I received my ottoman and it was damaged. I bought it as a replacement ottoman sleeper. I have had this same one for 15 years. I needed to replace it because my uncle with dementia is staying with me and the old one is finally starting to come apart. They asked me to upload pictures and I did, 3 times. I am still waiting for a return label and or a call back from the so called resolution department I still have an ottoman with a hole in it and they still have my money. They have not offered to replace or refund the ottoman. Their customer service gets zero stars as well as management. I will buy the ottoman from Walmart, it cost more but I don't care as long as I dont have to deal with Wayfair anymore!

**Update 1/10/24**I talked to a member of Wayfair’s team. They basically told me that they don’t stand by the integrity of their product. If the product doesn’t arrive damaged and it isn’t reported within the first 30 days there is nothing they will do. I guess they know the quality of their furniture and refuse to stand behind it. The person I talked to did say that I could try to sell it locally to try and recoup some of my money. Thanks for the great advice. Don’t buy from Wayfair This couch is cheap and looks terrible after just two months of normal use. It is in a family home. There are no small children or pets. The cushions do not stay put and the filling in them is not adequate. I would not recommend this couch or company to anyone. Do not waste your money. Complete junk!!

FULL USELESS SUPPORT, Terrible Support, No Help Recovering My Hacked AccountI am extremely disappointed with Google’s support. My account was hacked, and the attacker changed everything—password, recovery email, phone number, and even set up new 2FA backup codes. I lost complete access to my account.When I tried to get help, I quickly realized that Google offers no real support for hacked accounts. Instead of actual assistance, they force you into an automated recovery process that leads nowhere. And if that doesn’t work? Good luck—because there is no way to reach a real person.When you search for help, all you’ll find is their so-called "support community," which is completely useless. It’s just other victims like you, repeating the same issue over and over, with no real solutions. And if you try to use their chat? It’s an automated bot designed to waste your time and redirect you right back to the community.For a company as big as Google, it’s shocking how they don't care about users losing access to their own accounts. If your account gets hacked, you’re on your own, because Google won’t lift a finger to help you.Absolutely unacceptable.

I have twice purchased items on Mercari & I didn’t receive either one. The first time was many years ago & the seller immediately refunded me, admitting she had been unable to send the item. For my recent purchase, the seller is not responding & since it was over 4 days since the order was marked fulfilled by her, Mercari won’t help me. YOU ONLY FOUR DAYS!!

Amazon sent me a faulty appliance. It took me 20 mins to navigate my way through their recorded messages and AI to get to speak with a human being who was able to ‘help’, then another 50mins with that person arranging a return.I was disgusted to find that Amazon do not do replacements, so I would have to return, wait (up to 14days!) for a refund and then order another.As I am physically unable to carry the bulky item to my nearest participating post office (4 miles away!) I have been promised that Amazon will pick up the faulty appliance from my home but they could not give me a definite day.This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never buy from Amazon again.I doubt that this will be the end of my problems with Amazon.‘customer-centric company’? Nonsense! Worse still! I spoke with Amazon again today (17th) and was told that they had not arranged a collection, they lied to me! Now I am on hold awaiting another Amazon representative to arrange another collection…

I bought a tote bag from then last year in June, now almost 1 year later I am in constant fight with them over a refund. They refuse to do it and it is definitely not legal.So sad how such a prestigious fashion magazine became so so low and a total scam, it’s disgusting.

Booked a stay at the lakes Beech Hill Hotel and Spa on 8th August.(Faulty Towers)Description of Hotel sounded wonderful breakfast and spa.Room with lake view.Room had four flights of stairs and some ones dirty washing in draw and the couldn’t see lake for bushes.You have to pay to use basic spa facilities.Evening meal over priced.Breakfast turned out to be continental(worst ever) anything else you had to pay for.Staff were swearing and bickering with each other.Contacted hotels.com and their reply was unable to make contact with hotel so we can offer $25 and what use is that Hotels.com.Customer service is a disgrace.we trusted in your site to give us what we had paid for and as this was not met.We should have had a full refund the whole experience we were expecting was mid advertised
