Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. I paid for a higher tier which was £11.99 and when it cleared it says I’m a free member even though the money has been taken out of my account and trying to charge me again for a paid membership which I already paid. There customer service is no where to be seen so I will be recalling the money back by through my bank

Absolutely the worst support I have…

Absolutely the worst support I have ever encountered hands down. My head was spinning after 4 days trying to get support to through multiple emails to do something, actually anything. We even purchased the enterprise edition with licenses and still cannot get a live person to provide support. . You have a problem, they do not care and spend more time wasting time then would actually take to resolve an issue. No exaggeration, I only needed 2FA disabled to use password only after which took multiple hours of research and many links they send and respond through email they still did not do it even after my last of 4 days I received yet another email staing they would. The host your account, you cannot disable it yourself if it is required to log in. (You cannot login and thats what they tell you to do!). 50 emails in 5 days is ridiculous I finally deleted my account, removed all registry entries reloaded the app and rebuilt my account. They don't care at all.

Have used the service for multiple websites for years. It adds a layer of complexity to managing the website since everything is running through their proxy, but it seems to be worth it.

I’ve moved home 3 times in 6 months and…

I’ve moved home 3 times in 6 months and each time Telstra made bad neglectful errors. They are always playing catchup and fix it in the end but why is it so damn hard. I’ve spent hours on the phone and messaging. If they ask me what be more time is there anything else I can help with I’ll scream. They also say they are fixing my problem when they created the problem. Obviously making my issue is part of their terrible training. Woeful!!!!
