Review of dsw
I was shopping at the DSW in Maple Grove, MN with my son last week. I found a pair of boots I loved on the Clearance Rack that were priced at $69.95. There were stickers with this price on the sole of each boot. When I went to the cashier to checkout, the boots rang up at $155. I pointed out to the cashier that the advertised price on the boots was, in fact, $69.95, and asked her if she could correct the error. She called over a man (young with dark hair and glasses) who I assume was the Manager. His response to me was, “I’m not accusing you, but people switch the tags on merchandise all the time. The boots are $155.” Tag switching????? Seriously? Sounded like he was accusing to me, and to my grown son who was with me. Clearly, DSW is using a Bait and Switch tactic with their customers!! I was very offended, to say the least. This young man could have easily checked the cameras. In the past, any time I have shopped at a retail establishment where the tagged price differed from the actual price, that retailer has ALWAYS honored the price on the item. Mislabeling items is the fault of the retailer, NOT THE CUSTOMER!! I will no longer shop at DSW and am making sure to share tis with ALL my family, friends, co-workers and customers at my place of employment. I am disgusted beyond measure. Shame on you DSW!!

Great experience. When I had trouble connecting my account on another device, I was hesitant to use the chat function online (and wanted to email). However, it was brilliant and the person managed to sort it all out in less than 20 minutes, exceeding my expectations and was excellent in his communication.Thank you.

Review of samsung
Wow, I never thought to look at Samsung's trust pilot score. I should have before I bought my phone.I bought a Z Flip 5 and I bought the extra care plan on top.At first, the store lied to me saying the reason I have call quality issues is because my provider has VOLTE on.So I walked over to the service provider store and they call a network technician. They inform me not only is this BS, that the phone in question has known hardware issues. With evidence in tow, I go back to the Samsung store and once I catch them in the lie, they admit it is a motherboard issue.Turns out it's so bad, no repair center has any in stock and is back ordered. So they offer me a loaner phone... except the loaner phone is the lowest possible spec phone they have. Not all my medical devices or medical tracking apps will work with it. Not to mention I'm just a few weeks away from giving birth and am relying on my phone to capture the moment with family who can't make it like my 82 year old dying mother. I also can't call 911 by the way.In the end all I ended up asking for was a credit to the care plan I purchased. Which I think was only $50 eventhough they owe me this repair and they even refused that.I also thought I came upnwith a brilliant idea. I called back saying why not give me a loaner phone, I'll keep my current phone until the motherboard is in stock or they have some sort of resolution. That would allow me to use my medical devices and apps AND call 911 if I have an emergency. They said no to that too... eventhough they in clearly in that scenario... win in every way possible.I am speechless. It's just... so sad to see that they don't care at all about treating a pregnant disabled woman so badly.
Review of parallels
A great experienceI used to use Parallels several years ago. It was good then; it is awesome now—a seamless operativity side to side with macOS. I use Parallels for OutSystems, and it works great. Still in the process of using other apps but excellent so far.
Review of lyft
Update: I disputed through the bank and Lyft tried to fight the dispute. Lyft claimed the extra charges were for the ride itself not for damage fees. I showed my bank proof of the final cost of the ride and I won the claim meaning I got the money back from the bank because Lyft completely stopped responding to me. I was scammed by a driver who claimed I had damaged the inside of his car. I had evidence to prove the car that was allegedly damage was not the same car I rode in but Lyft did not care or ask for my proof. They charged me $150 without asking me if the allegations were true. They then charged me another $150 ‘by mistake’ the next day. They finally emailed me back after days to say they’ve reviewed my case and are refunding me the damage charge of $150 and the extra $150 they took which was a ‘banking error’ on their behalf. I would also like to add $150 is a very big banking error to make. They eventually refunded me $300 but then charged me another $150 AGAIN 6 days later! This was my first time using Lyft and I can say without a doubt in my mind I will never EVER be using them again. I had to cancel my debit card and order a new one just to stop them from continuously charging me and borderline stealing my money. I would leave no stars if I could because they don’t care about their riders and apparently from the other reviews I’ve seen, the drivers either. Very inconsiderate company. Avoid at all costs!
Review of amazon
I made a purchase on Amazon.com on April 11, 2025, for a total of $2,139.96, including 4x Meta Quest 3 512GB VR headsets and other items. The order was set to be picked up at a Whole Foods Amazon Counter in Aventura, Florida, by a designated recipient (gift order).Shortly after placing the order and completing payment with my Wise (EU) card, Amazon abruptly closed my account without any warning, explanation, or reason. The items were never delivered, and no refund was issued.I assumed the money would return automatically to my card — but it didn’t. I filed a chargeback with Wise, and instead of supporting me, Wise blocked my account entirely. Now I have no access to the funds and no support from either Amazon or Wise.I've contacted both parties multiple times — zero result. It’s been over 6 weeks, and I still have no product, no refund, and no access to my payment account. This feels like daylight robbery. Amazon kept the money without fulfilling the order, and when I tried to protect my funds, the payment platform froze me out.I'm now filing official complaints with regulators (FTC, EU authorities).Avoid Amazon if you value transparency and customer protection.
Review of crypto
I was buying USDC yesterday, but the app said either Transaction Failed or Purchase failed, i dont recall exact wording. But when I check my bank account, they've gone ahead and taken my money (CAD) without crediting me my crypto (USDC).Edit : For that reply of "contact us through the app or email". I have, haven't been reached back out.FURTHUR UPDATE : Customer Support reached back out. Issue is in process of being handled. Updated my review stars accordingly.

I visited the Nurse at Superdrug in Harrow. She was fantastic and gave me more information than I realised I needed. Very informative and friendly (which is a big tick in my books). I would definitely recommend a visit for overseas jabs!Impressed.
