unbelievable if there was a minus I'd be using it paid for tickets for Coleford Carnival of Transport 2019 only to discover on arrival that it was in fact free entry i have emailed evenbrite for a refund but apparently they don't respond to emails. My advise would be not to use this company for tickets or anything else as they will take money for nothing.

BBC should be ashamed for nor showing the opening ceremony of the world cup in Qatar. I pay my TV licence and deserve the respect of enjoying the ceremony. You talk about people's right, what about those who were expecting to watch the ceremony and were looking forward to it for years. You made me feel so sad and devastated today. If I had known that you are not going to show the ceremony on TV then I would have gone to my friends to see it. Unbelievable. Totally crushed my dream of watching the show.

I have a discontinued Lego set my son was given as a gift several years ago. At the time we must have opened it and taken a few figures out of the first packet of pieces, but left all the others intact.. and the set then sat in the cupboard for several years. We recently got it out again and realised several key pieces were missing - cue a call to Lego UK Customer Services, which turned out to be a delightful, incredibly helpful and actually enjoyable experience! The two CS reps I spoke to couldn't have been more knowledgable, helpful or enthusiastic if they'd tried. Honestly - I was blown away. They were genuine Lego lovers... or dare I say, geeks! They happily helped me work out what I needed and the pieces arrived promptly and the set is now complete again! Truly 5* service. Thank you Lego!

This is a domestic terrorist organization. They scam and steal money. I am a college student who canceled my account and yet they still charged me $9.99 a month for years. When asked for a refund, money spent with no product or service received, they were unable to do anything. They are fake news and not worth the headache from the anti American staff which have no guiding principles. Can’t believe that I had to give them one star on this review. They don’t deserve a star. I would avoid this organization at all cost.

The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. You’d think in the world of 2023 where Amazon also exists, Target would get itself together but no. It’s no wonder more than half the country is boycotting them, and I’m right there with them. As someone who shops at Target often I’m more than happy to take my business elsewhere. With all that being said - do not purchase a large item or electronic from Target unless you’re 10000% going to keep it regardless of the condition.I recently bought a 65 inch tv that came to me broken. The stand was chipped and I had nothing to place the tv on, plus who wants to buy a brand new tv and already find damage upon arrival? Not me. So I decided to return it. This tv has been sitting in my house for weeks because Target can’t get it together. I call customer service and tell them everything and their response is “we don’t pick up that item”. Respectfully, you dropped off the item you are more than capable of picking up the item. I have a small vehicle and there’s no chance I’d fit the tv box in my car. I call them several more times and no one can help me. Finally I call back and this time I’m being very stern telling them that they ARE picking it up - and that that’s the only option I’m accepting. I didn’t pay for a faulty item therefor it’s not my responsibility to carry it and transport it somewhere for a return. Target then decides they’ll have someone come pick up the TV from USPS - sets up a date but doesn’t give me a time. So I’m working with an entire window of a day that they might come. I left the box outside my front door like instructed (which is so unprofessional, what if I lived in a dangerous neighborhood with theft). Of course I leave for work hoping they’ll come pick it up while I’m gone - no notification all day and then it starts raining. So now the box is getting wet. You can’t make any of this up. I finally get a notification while I’m at work that the item has been picked up - I get home to a wet tv box still sitting at my front door. We do the whole dance again, I setup a new time for pickup on my own without targets help - USPS finally comes and they tell me they can’t take it because there’s no return label on it. I was never told over the phone to print out a return label, granted it’s something I should’ve thought of but customer service should’ve mentioned that and not just been like “they’ll come this day that’s all you need to do, leave it outside” and then the phone call was immediately over. So you guessed it, weeks later and I still have this giant tv box sitting in my laundry room just waiting for USPS to come pick it up because I had to find a printer to print the return label. Who knows what’ll happen next lol. I’m sure it’ll FINALLY be all set and done, and then Target will pull something again and be like no we don’t want to give you a refund for XYZ made up reasons. Can’t wait. Awful company. I can’t even believe how awful their service is.

I have so far spent nearly 2 hours on the phone to Samsung call centres trying to arrange for a repair for my fridge. The UK based engineers have even emailed and spoken to their call centre staff on my behalf. We have given them all the reference numbers they need and asked them to simply to book in an out of warranty engineering visit to fix the compressor. Have we heard anything back from them after several promises of escalation and guaranteed calls - no of course not. I have lost all faith in Samsung and will never buy one of their products again.

To whom it may concern,Today I had a scheduled ride with Lyft. I made the schedule over 4 hours in advance. I placed the scheduled ride at 1 pm for 5:17 pm pickup. When the time came for my ride, it was accepted by someone who I believe was named Jesse?The ride was accepted and I waited 5 minutes past my scheduled pick up time. During that time, I sent 4 messages trying to get in contact with the driver.Then I called them at 5:22 pm and they said "Yea, I know you are waiting. I am just down the street getting gas."I explained that I was trying to get to work on time which was why I scheduled the ride in the first place. I informed the driver that "I need you to come get me asap." The driver then hung up without a word more and canceled the ride. This resulted in me being late to work. There is not a more direct way to complain about this driver since they canceled the ride, but it is situations like this that make me much more likely to use Uber. I would be happy to provide any information that could help you locate the driver, like location of pick up and drop off.

My printer developed a fault that I reported to HP a week ago. The consumer act 2015 states HP are liable for up to six years after purchase of an item… this supersedes any warranty and my printer is LESS THAN SIX YEARS OLD. Your staff over the last week have refused to abide by that law stating they’re only liable for the warranty period and not beyond that, refuse to let me speak to a manager, claim there’s no complaints team, HANG UP ON ME WHEN I INSIST I WANT TO EITHER SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR BE PUT THROUGH TO THE COMPLAINTS TEAM, tried to insist my printer.. for which they gave an incorrect model… was purchased in 2017.. and think it hilarious that they’re doing so!! Furthermore, they’re STILL charging me for instant ink for a printer that they’ve admitted cannot be used due to a hardware issue in the printer itself?!?!Furthermore, telling me that you refuse to view the consumer act 2015… was the sale of goods act… and telling me to buy another printer then hanging u on me when I ask to speak to someone else higher up is unacceptable. I’D HAVE GIVEN NO STARS IF THERE WAS AN OPTION!!
