Two hours of calls over two weeks to fix my fridge and nothing

I have so far spent nearly 2 hours on the phone to Samsung call centres trying to arrange for a repair for my fridge. The UK based engineers have even emailed and spoken to their call centre staff on my behalf. We have given them all the reference numbers they need and asked them to simply to book in an out of warranty engineering visit to fix the compressor. Have we heard anything back from them after several promises of escalation and guaranteed calls - no of course not. I have lost all faith in Samsung and will never buy one of their products again.
