Review of delta
On October 17th 2021, I was returning home to Seattle from San Jose on Delta flight DL3768 at 7:30pm. After we boarded the plane and sat in the cabin for a few minutes, the pilot informed us of a 15-20 minute take-off delay. Not a big deal. There was a thunderstorm in Tacoma, and SEATAC had slowed the number of landings they would accept. This seemed fine to me and completely reasonable.About 20 minutes later, the pilot let us know the wait was now 45 minutes. Real nice, but also not Delta’s fault. Around 8:30, she came back on the intercom one last time to tell us the delay was now two hours. It was then she announced we were going to unload the plane and they would let us mill about the airport until it was time to leave.A handful of us had a sorely needed margarita at the Mexican bar that was right next to our gate, but the kitchen was closed. Having had no dinner, I wandered farther down the terminal in search of protein. This was around 9:05.After a small and mediocre sandwich, I came back to the gate to find it completely empty - no passengers, no staff, and even the monitors were dark. It was around 9:30 now, and I’d only been out of earshot for about 25 minutes before returning to this Twilight Zone episode.I couldn’t find my flight on any of the arrival or departure screens, and there were no Delta employees in sight. In fact, the entire airport seemed suddenly abandoned. At 10pm, I finally found someone who worked at Delta who was manning a gate where a flight had just arrived. After a brief verbal exchange that sounded like a “Who’s On First” routine about where I had come from and what I was asking about, she was finally able to pull up the information on my missing airplane. They took off without me. My flight had left a half an hour ago. There was no airport-wide announcement that the flight was boarding (and I was listening to a paranoid degree). They didn’t call my name or look for missing passengers, and they left an entire hour before they said they were going to.This part was Delta’s fault. More than that, it felt almost personal. I know how long it takes to board a plane, and the answer is not 25 minutes. I’m trying to imagine the mad scramble it must have taken to get the plane fully boarded and off the ground while my back was turned, like an episode of Punk’d or Candid Camera. I must have just missed them when I returned to the gate. Just to twist the knife a little harder, they took my luggage – the roller bag they forced me to check because they overbooked the flight – to Seattle without me.I assumed the woman that was helping me would put me on the next flight out, and she did – for 7am. Say what now? How can there not be any flights for the next 9 hours? I wasn’t offered any accommodations or reimbursements despite the fact that it was Delta’s fault I was stranded. After doing the math, I realized I would only get four or five hours of sleep if I left the airport and came back, so I stayed there. After 11, the terminal became an absolute ghost town. Even the shops shut down. I stayed there all night with the fluorescent lights, the stupid saxophone music on loop, no humans, no food, no sleep, and no water (since I wasn’t about the try the public fountain during a pandemic). When I finally arrived at Seattle-Tacoma, I almost left without my bag. The person who was helping me couldn’t find it anywhere, despite the fact that it was a very distinct lime green. She checked and double-checked before finally opening a ticket and saying they would get back to me. I figured they had just completely lost it as the one final insult of this trip, and moped out of the office.Incidentally, I found it myself. I spotted the green hard-shell in the one and only one luggage cage she hadn’t checked. Apparently no one is supposed to use that crate because the lock is broken. Lovely. This was quite possibly the worst travel experience of my life, but at least I got an entertaining story out of it.
Review of chase
you simply going to waste 3 hrs at chase to do simple things. .I am US citizen and had to witness this on two consecutive days. On February 27/2025 I needed extra bank account and wanted to try Chase bank. I live in Silver Spring. MD so I had to go close by branch, Chase Bank, 11297 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20904. I walk inside and waited for 30 minutes. When I almost wanted to give up, a lady in one of the office that was entirely sitting alone doing nothing ( i can see her behind glass wall for 30 minutes) walked out and asked me why I was there. I told her I am there to open bank account. She told me I should wait 45 minutes. I told her I should comeback and left. When I comeback, I see the person on the glass wall ( the man that I supposed to wait this time ), I can see him sitting alone. One of the worker went in there and told him am back. Now, when this man took another 30 minutes to come out, that is when I realized the worker didnt want to take me in the first place then they make excuse to make the waiting time long. Then was so frustrated and said I should do it in on other branch instead of waiting and left At that time, I was disappointed by the man who didnt want to take me after the worker let him know I was there, and saying to my self, ''what kind of bank branch is this. Then the next day, 02/28/2025, for my personal reason , I went around Kensington area and decided to stop by the local chase bank Chase Bank, 2801 University Blvd W, Kensington, MD 20895, to get account opening done at that branch. I didnt have any doubt that I could get good and speedy customer service. What I witness however is something that makes you feel like you're not in USA. or, the workers at chase bank are some kind of groups that we have never seen in any bank, The same way I was asked why am there for yesterday, ( 30 minutes waiting for that), this time a rude and not willing to let me in type of women approach me and said'' before I let you talk to some one, I just want to let you know you have to have .....this ....that...bla bla she sounded like she wanted me to be frustrated but not wait to do what am there to do, Clearly, this people have mastered to make customer frustrated and leave. When I told her I have everything she asked, she doesn't seem she's happy and I dont know why these workers, in 2 branches I saw, were not happy to open bank account for customer. It could be because it takes long to enter customers information in computer or anything but, 100% chase is not a place to open bank account or anything that needs you to sit with a banker. They try to avoid doing their job at chase company cost. In general, I wouldn't recommend going to any chase bank and sit with a banker to do any business . They clearly makes excuse and eat your 2 hours before they let you in. Terrible experience. I cant believe chase bank has the worst bank system because of these people!

I think the Chinese companies cannot be patriotic when it comes to global markets. For example when it banned the US tech apps the whole world suffered whether there will be crisis between the two countries. This largely affect the other countries. So I think they should also allow usa tech apps on their domestic platforms.Because it will lead to a huge global market growth around the world. People will feel happy.

Comfort with an attorney, That is a profound statement! right!I, unfortunately, have more experience than I wish to elaborate on, and certainly not proud. but I would not hesitate to recommend Kit with Commins and Knudsen I met kit while he stood in for a hearing because our attorney had taken ill,I was extremely impressed during that time. Kit responded to the judge, and what we found was a partial judge so Kit had a whole lot of challenges that he endured and overall whipped the judge's hind end and did so very eloquently. ultimately we won the case. but you know the old Attridge who wins in court.Since that time I have utilized the firm's expertise in managing all of our intellectual properties, patents, and rights.Just recently we decided to bring a suit against a commercial tenant in San Francisco. we have decided to Hire the firm and have Kit represent us. We feel he brings honest and strait forward legal advice and represents the firm and us the client in a very professional manner. at the same time will not allow too much to being steamrolled over by a judge who, maybe reading the sports page behind that big tall desk. or who knows what they may be doing behind that podium?Seriously Kit listens when others have to ask 2 or 3 times, not only does he listen he absorbs what is being said and understands the surroundings contemplating direction at any important time.Recommending an attorney is one of the worse things you could do but not in this case.Again I'd like to provide an analogy If you have a larger tree than most you collect more wind and when branches of the tree get broken, not from any fault of yours, you either have to defend the branches that did the damage. or pay we don't pay just because the judges are reading the comics, or the ambulance chasers are chasing. We have in 2 dozen lawsuits either from the defense or offense and have never lost a case, Not to say we won, but what I am saying is this firm is one I would recommend you visit we have enough experience to make the suggestion.good luck with your legal needs
Review of ups
I was very disappointed with my recent UPS delivery experience. Despite being at home, I received a message saying: "We tried to deliver your parcel, but could not leave it without a signature." No one actually rang the doorbell or attempted to deliver it properly. Instead, they redirected the parcel to a delivery point, clearly prioritizing speed and convenience over fulfilling their delivery obligation. To make matters worse, the order consisted of two parts, but I only received one. The other item is still missing, and I have no idea where it is or whether it will be delivered to my home. It's a large item that I cannot fit in my car, so home delivery is essential.Overall, this experience reflects poorly on UPS’s reliability and customer service. I hope they take steps to improve their delivery practices and communication.

Review of Microsoft
Starting in June, 2022 spambots have been using microsoft to flood one of my email accounts with gibberish spam. Sometimes as many as 20 per day, adding up to hundreds per month, making that account practically unusable. Every instance has been reported, but apart from an autoreply, microsoft doesn't seem to have taken any action. Because I cannot determine how far the people behind these bots have infiltrated, I have to consider microsoft.com to be an unsafe site and recommend that people avoid using their products or services.

Nonexistent support. I am a Zoom Pro account holder that has prepaid for 3 hosts on an annual basis. I submitted a High Priority ticket to Support two weeks ago and haven't heard back from them once! Needless to say I'm very disappointed and concerned since I just renewed my account for an additional year.

Review of logitech
I love using Logitech MX Ergo mice and MX keys keyboards for my productivity design teams. The new Logi Options+ works brilliantly with much more stable connectivity - Each MX Ergo and MX Keys connect to 3 different PCs, saving lots of money. The Logi Flow ability empowers you with a powerful clipboard ability to copy images, files and text, between different PCs which is magically quick. The quality of the hardware is excellent and the battery life is amazingly extended whilst also quick charging. I noticed that the bad reviews are related to customer purchase experiences - I have fortunately only experienced the Logitech MX products and hardware as vastly superior to other brands.
Review of logitech
I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Logitech UK's handling of their recent giveaway. Last autumn, I was thrilled to be selected as a winner. However, what should have been a moment of joy has turned into a drawn-out ordeal of broken promises and dismissive customer service.Initially, a technical error invalidated my prize code at checkout. After countless messages and being bounced between customer service representatives, I finally reached someone who acknowledged the issue. I was told the prize was out of stock and asked to wait. Weeks turned into months, and each time I followed up, I was met with the same frustrating cycle of delays and excuses. Now, after enduring this prolonged wait, Logitech's solution is a mere 20% discount voucher. Let's be clear: this is an insult. The original prize was valued at over £40. To achieve that same value with this discount, I'd have to spend an additional £200. This is not a reasonable substitute, especially considering I've already spent approximately £600 on Logitech products in the past year. I have no intention of making another substantial purchase just to redeem a prize I rightfully won.My refusal of this inadequate offer has been met with silence. Logitech UK has simply stopped responding. It's clear to me that they have no intention of honoring their commitment. This isn't just about a giveaway prize. It's about trust and integrity. Logitech UK has demonstrated a complete disregard for both. I feel betrayed and deeply disappointed in a company I once considered loyal to.This experience has irrevocably damaged my perception of Logitech. I will be sharing this story on trusted review sites and other platforms to warn potential customers. I hope this serves as a wake-up call for Logitech to address their customer service and fulfillment practices.Sincerely,Paul, a betrayed and former loyal customer.
