I booked tesla in Nov 2022 and I am still waiting.. I referred a friend and he booked in April 2023 and he is getting it on 30 June... Dont know what Tesla is upto. Also Plenti (tesla preferred finance provider) bumped the interest rate as the car is not delivered on time. Why should a customer suffer due to the delay caused by Tesla. I regret getting a Tesla and I would not refer anyone in future.

I received an invoice from Issuu for over $2,500 USD for an Unlimited Annual subscription that I never signed up for. I have never used their service, never agreed to any charges, and suddenly received a bill stating it was past due the same day it was issued. This is alarming and unacceptable.I've reached out to their billing department for an explanation and cancellation, and I'm waiting for a response. If this was a billing error or someone used my details without consent, it raises serious concerns about account security and verification practices at Issuu.Until this is resolved, I strongly advise others to be cautious and monitor any emails or charges from Issuu carefully—especially if you’ve never interacted with their platform.

FARFETCH customer service is atrocious and they are attempting to scam me out of a refund. I received a pair of jeans and returned them same day unworn, unwashed and with tags. They emailed me fake photos of a dirty pair of jeans that I supposedly washed and returned, claiming they smelled strongly of perfumed detergent and were therefore denying my refund. They shipped my order back to me and the tags are all intact and the jeans are pristine.

I've used a few password managers and Bitwarden is one of the best ones imo. Besides the great product quality, I find their customer support really nice as well. The only thing that is not as appealing compared to their competitors is the UI, it looks really... not pretty :) But other than that everything is great!

I rung to discuss an issue I had had with a csv upload. I got through to Laura Pears who was extremely helpful in looking into what I had thought was the issue, she talked me through the stages I carried out to determine the error and was helpful in identifying this to be an admin issue rather than a sage error. Laura also identified that I was missing out on a sag benefit and put m through to another colleague who discussed the details of the benift.

In July, 2024 I called IHG customer support to book a stay at a local hotel to me, Voco in St. Augustine, FL. For a trip in November! I wanted to secure an early reservation for a better price point.During the initial booking the representative told me the price for my stay would be $326.33 for the 2 nights TOTAL (before taxes and fees). I asked for a second time to confirm, wrote down this total and the confirmation #.I did not receive an email confirmation.Fast forward to late October, I called back to retrieve the never received hotel confirmation email. Asked the new representative to repeat the quote for the stay and she said “it’s $326.33 per night” I replied “that is NOT what I was quoted.” We opened a claim. Jam was the name of the rep. She said she’d call me back THAT DAY and would be personally handling my case. She never called back.I followed up on my claim on 11/2/2024 and the new case manager said “your claim was approved and you will be credited the difference for the incorrect quote please allow 24-48 hours for someone to call you with the new information and etc.” great, problem solved.3+ days pass and no one calls so I call AGAIN. A new representative (4th-5th person I’ve now spoke with) says “I’m sorry your claim was denied. A new manager opened the case and listened to your phone call, you were quoted correctly” Excuse me?! I proceeded to explain how unprofessional and confusing their communications have been FURTHERMORE during this call the representative even twisted their words at one point saying “yes so it’s $326.33 for the 2 nights” I EVEN stopped half way through and said “wait I’m sorry I must be confused you’re saying my claim wasn’t approved but the weekend is IN FACT $326.33 for the 2 nights.” Replied “oh no that’s per day” WTF!! I requested to open another claim for the back and forth and misinformation for the original issue that I WAS approved for during the phone call on 11/2/2024. The rep DENIED me another claim appeal process and said “No. we will not open another claim for you.”I then asked for some form of discount for the excessive back and forth AND misinformation!! Also DENIED any. Form. Of. Discount. Unbelievable.I’ve NEVER recovered such horrible misinformation and customer service and for them to not even care to mitigate their wrong doings is baffling. I’m also a preferred rewards member with IHG. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter seeing as the company refuses to support my case AND won’t let me listen to the original phone recording of my conversation with the representative who quoted me incorrectly! They are lying to not lose $400 when they’re a multibillion dollar company. Sickening.

My order has not been delivered, they have used Amazon Shipping who have said it has been damaged and won’t be delivered. Asos are refusing to do anything about this. Their live chat customer service agents are rude and just copy and paste the same answers. The manager even disconnected the chat. There isn’t an option to speak to someone and I’m out over £300. Very unhappy, previously a loyal customer but this is awful.

I have been working with WPEngine was a few years now and the aspect that stands out the most to me the speed and accuracy with which every support representative has replied to my issues. Each time I connect with support they are able to quickly find my accounts and solve/answer what I need. I only contact support after reading all the docs and troubleshooting myself. Their support team has always given me quick, knowledgeable answers; it's like getting a tier 3 support person on the first try everytime.

HONESTLY I AM FRUSTRATED!I don't write reviews for things that often. And when I do it's mostly for the things I find outstanding. Yes, I find outlook very outstanding. Bummer! In terms of poor service. I started on hotmail years ago to make my social media accounts and subscribe to the craziest things on the internet. But now I check my emails before sleeping, after waking up, and in between. Of course, I am am adult now. But outlook simply bugs so much that today, when I had to meet a specific deadline for work, I had to waste so much time in reloading the page again and again. It was a nerve-wrecking deadline. And, yes, I couldn't use any other means to send the document. I had to fetch a Google doc link from the email first, and then upload it. The pressure of the deadline gets you already too much. But then, you have to face such issues and control your nerves from breaking the laptop. Sounds pretty rough and too rude? Should I take a chill pill? Yes, I should. But sometimes, deadlines can make or break it. Plus, it's not the first time it has happened. It happens ALL THE TIME! Yes, I delete all the necessary emails and make sure to keep everything to the minimal. My account is cleaner and more organized than my bedroom. Yet, outlook can't handle the pressure of a single incoming email. I am frustrated to see how outlook messes up your work and deadline badly. Please look into your technical issues and make life easier for your users!!!!! Godspeed!
