On 2nd May

On 1st May 2025, I placed an IPhone order on Amazon India at around 10:30 pm . Ship To location - Bangalore Hulimavu, pin 560076. I chose Amazon as it was providing same day delivery, it was very important that I set up the phone during weekend, weekdays there is hardly any time to set up the phone with apps etc. I was exchanging my old iPhone. Immediately after placing the order, basis of email instructions received from Amazon, I did a reset of the phone deleting data and apps which are my lifeline. I dint expect what was next to come. Waited patiently till 6 pm, the tracking number showed package has reached the final hub at 3:46 pm but didn’t show out for delivery or any estimated time by when the package will be delivered. So now I have no food app on the phone to order food, all social media including Wapp is deleted as I formatted the phone, I am at home patiently waiting for the Amazon delivery person to come. I spent almost 20 mints plus to find the Amazon Cust service chat option (mini treasure hunt), chatted with them and clearly mentioned my frustration for not having any information about the delivery time. I insisted that the Customer Service rep talk to the shipping team to get exact information, but the rep only assured me that the delivery will be received by 8:00 pm IST. So I waited till 7:45 pm IST, but there is still no update on Amazon website. So now I called Amazon Cust service. Clearly the rep started giving some generic reply, without any actual effort to find out why the delivery is delayed. I insisted to speak to a supervisor, yet this attempt was also useless. There was no sense of urgency but generic reply that the cutoff window is 10:00 PM IST, i should wait until then. Here also in spite of insisting that the Cust service team speak to shipping to get exact status, the answer was negative, that Cust service doesn’t contact shipping, then can only raise an expedite request. Finally the delivery dint come, website is now showing delivery on 3rd May, a day after. No explanation given on why it was not delivered and why they need 2 more days to deliver when the status shows the packagae has received the final delivery point.Bottom line, pathetic and useless customer service. They didn’t take any real step to ensure package is delivered, instead gave generic assurance that delivery will happen on time. I also doubt their Business tactics, I have been an Amazon customer for several years. Offset I can see a trend of issues related to high value prepaid orders. Buying a few hundred rupees product is fine but I will recommend to not but high value products, especially prepaid from Amazon. They are 100% non-reliable.

UPS claimed to deliver but did not

Ordered custom chucks for $120. Package marked as delivered but only a blurry unreadable pic of a storage locker I am not signed up for was taken. Called locker company and the locker was not used hy UPS that day. Have been fighting with UPS for over 3 weeks to get a refund for my lost package. Had to go through converse because UPS marked the case as closed. Converse made a new claim for me. When I finally got a refund, it was for $55. Not the $120 I paid. Had to call converse again to assist as UPS had the audacity to tell me the delivery driver would fetch the package back and deliver it properly. No such thing happened. Waiting for Converse to have to fight with UPS for me.

I received 6 products that I bought ,but the manuals are incomplete , the quality of the products very , very poor , they never tell you that you needs additional gadgets to operate the products such a SIM card, memory cards etc . very dissapointed and learned my lesson , never to buy from this cheap platforms , thank you

Tech support rep ecstatic that no games launch

After telling Falran "no games launch" (after following his/her/their instructions) Falran told me "Such wonderful news and thank you for your kind reply. Was such a pleasure."Then went on to encourage me to submit my review here and to name them personally.Complying with Falran's request while I ask that a new tech be assigned to my tech support case. I will certainly be happy to revise my review if/when someone in tech support does more than express joy at no games launching.

I’ve been using Duolingo for over 2…

I’ve been using Duolingo for over 2 years straight and make sure to practice every day. The other day, they decided to change it for the worse yet again and now if I make 5 mistakes, I have to get more Hearts (5 max), meaning I can only make 5 mistakes in an exercise before I have to “buy” more hearts. Learning language is about making mistakes, and the new update makes this app unusable. I realize this is another greed-based decision to force it’s users to pay for the service, but this has made me realize there are better alternatives. I’m giving 1 star because it was a good app to learn a language in the past, but in reality, now it’s zero stars. Don’t waste your time, not that you will be allowed much since 5 mistakes and you’re locked out (and of course your progress is lost as well). An absolute joke.

WORLD'S WORST SALES REP, PAO** PAC**

WORLD'S WORST SALES REP! We reached out to our "point of contact" joke -- to upgrade our service because we were not sure what plan we needed to go to. We asked this sales rep the question about 10 times and Paolo would only refer us to the Add-On Section. There are several choices here and we kept asking what we needed to have for our account. We provided a few more details for any sales rep to advise us. This has got to be the world's worst sales rep and Zoom needs to be aware of this person. Pao**, Pac**@z****.**This rep is driving away business and it appeared was purposely trying to thwart our efforts in the update.

Absolutely the worst internet provider…

Absolutely the worst internet provider ever!I have been with Vodafone (500 Mb/s for 49,99 euro/month) for 3 years, and the network was constantly dropping down. When the pandemic came, I could not work from home because of this bad connection. Literally impossible to get in touch with the vodafone customer service! So I decided to change the provider. I have sent my resignation letter and the equipment back to Vodafone, saying that I want to quit AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! I expected something like 1 up to 3 months of notice maximum, but the reality is even worse! After some time, I received a letter saying that my contract can be canceled only after 1 year! Because I have already signed a contract with the new provider, I started to panic! At the end, I managed to contact someone from vodafone via WhatsApp and he told me that there is literally no way to cancel my contract before! (...only if I move into another apartment, then they can apply some special cancelation policies...). So now, I have to pay two internet providers, because it is just impossible to cancel a contract with vodafone within few months! Shame on you Vodafone.de!

I just want to clarify that you are a real person because I keep getting automated messages. I have explained what is wrong many many times. I am sick of repeating myself, but I will do it again if I have to. My account has been locked for suspicion of sexual abuse with a minor. This is untrue. I am 21 and my friends are in their 20s. I do not associate with minors. I work with vulnerable adults and vulnerable children. Sexual abuse with a minor is something that I would never do. This has been a personal attack against me for some unknown reason. If you need proof of age or identification myself, my friends are happy to provide it. My account should not be locked or Deleted because I did nothing wrong. This is serious and can affect my line of work. I will go to court over defamation of character if this isn’t sorted in a week. I’m part of the EU and I will appeal it further under the Article 21.3 of the Digital Services Act. My username is isabelxkeogh. This has caused me unnecessary stress which affects my mental health and my over all wellbeing.

Cloudflare`s customer support is a BIG JOKE

Cloudflare`s customer support is a BIG JOKE. During registration something hung and I needed to register a second time, causing a duplicate payment. I submitted a ticket right away explaining the situation, requesting a refund. This was in December 2024! NO human response has been given since. Only automatically confirmations that the ticket has been opened, then they actually automatically closed it because the ticket was becoming too old, "encouraging" me to reopen if my problem was still valid and so I did. Many weeks later, after several reminders, I get a freakin' AI-reply showing it's brilliant intelligence with summarizing my case, explaining me that I`m frustrated over being billed twice and "solving the case" by referring to a coulple of articles that are not helping me at all. I responded right away and now I`m not able to be polite anymore.It's now exactly 6 months since this duplicate payment was charged, and still not a single sign of human response has been received. It's a small amount (USD 25), but they're so arrogant that you would never believe and I`m sure you`ve never experienced something like it.

Very poor online experience

Very poor online experience, in store pick up order had an item cancelled immediately, another item was unavailable at pick up (I was not informed) and immediately available for pick up 24 hours later but then cancelled when I did not pick it up due to being on holiday. I have now incurred 2 delivery charges in addition due to the poor order fulfillment in store. Lovely products appalling online experience especially given the price point. I would not purchase online again, most retailers are brilliant at this but Anthropologie.

The phone tree is designed to be…

The phone tree is designed to be useless. No useful options are presented. I wanted to find out why there was a charge that I never authorized. None of the options let me talk to a human. When I picked any group, it instantly said call back another time. It never gave the hours. It asked if I wanted this to be sent to google? If not,THEN WHY WOULD I WASTE MY TIME ON THIS! Trustpilot is questionable. Why has trustpilot been sued by BW Legal over 20 times? I'm sure this will be deleted! They don't want truth to be here.
