Absolutely the worst internet provider ever!I have been with Vodafone (500 Mb/s for 49,99 euro/month) for 3 years, and the network was constantly dropping down. When the pandemic came, I could not work from home because of this bad connection. Literally impossible to get in touch with the vodafone customer service! So I decided to change the provider. I have sent my resignation letter and the equipment back to Vodafone, saying that I want to quit AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! I expected something like 1 up to 3 months of notice maximum, but the reality is even worse! After some time, I received a letter saying that my contract can be canceled only after 1 year! Because I have already signed a contract with the new provider, I started to panic! At the end, I managed to contact someone from vodafone via WhatsApp and he told me that there is literally no way to cancel my contract before! (...only if I move into another apartment, then they can apply some special cancelation policies...). So now, I have to pay two internet providers, because it is just impossible to cancel a contract with vodafone within few months! Shame on you Vodafone.de!
