UPS claimed to deliver but did not

Ordered custom chucks for $120. Package marked as delivered but only a blurry unreadable pic of a storage locker I am not signed up for was taken. Called locker company and the locker was not used hy UPS that day. Have been fighting with UPS for over 3 weeks to get a refund for my lost package. Had to go through converse because UPS marked the case as closed. Converse made a new claim for me. When I finally got a refund, it was for $55. Not the $120 I paid. Had to call converse again to assist as UPS had the audacity to tell me the delivery driver would fetch the package back and deliver it properly. No such thing happened. Waiting for Converse to have to fight with UPS for me.
