WORLD'S WORST SALES REP! We reached out to our "point of contact" joke -- to upgrade our service because we were not sure what plan we needed to go to. We asked this sales rep the question about 10 times and Paolo would only refer us to the Add-On Section. There are several choices here and we kept asking what we needed to have for our account. We provided a few more details for any sales rep to advise us. This has got to be the world's worst sales rep and Zoom needs to be aware of this person.
