Cloudflare`s customer support is a BIG JOKE. During registration something hung and I needed to register a second time, causing a duplicate payment. I submitted a ticket right away explaining the situation, requesting a refund. This was in December 2024! NO human response has been given since. Only automatically confirmations that the ticket has been opened, then they actually automatically closed it because the ticket was becoming too old, "encouraging" me to reopen if my problem was still valid and so I did. Many weeks later, after several reminders, I get a freakin' AI-reply showing it's brilliant intelligence with summarizing my case, explaining me that I`m frustrated over being billed twice and "solving the case" by referring to a coulple of articles that are not helping me at all. I responded right away and now I`m not able to be polite anymore.It's now exactly 6 months since this duplicate payment was charged, and still not a single sign of human response has been received. It's a small amount (USD 25), but they're so arrogant that you would never believe and I`m sure you`ve never experienced something like it.
