Ik heb op 28 november een LG C3 - 65 inch TV besteld bij Bol.com, en op 30 december is het product nog steeds niet geleverd. Bol.com heeft Dynalogic ingeschakeld voor de levering, maar deze bezorgpartner heeft herhaaldelijk gefaald. Wekenlang verscheen er een “sorting error” in de status, en uiteindelijk werd de levering door de koerier als mislukt gemarkeerd.Desondanks beweert Bol.com onterecht dat het product wel is geleverd, en mijn herhaalde verzoeken om een terugbetaling worden genegeerd. De klantenservice is totaal onbruikbaar en vraagt mij eindeloos te “wachten” terwijl ze “onderzoek” doen. Het is inmiddels meer dan een maand geleden, en Bol.com houdt nog steeds mijn geld vast (Bestelnummer: A0-00-12-XM-H9).Dit is volkomen onacceptabel! Ik heb meerdere keren contact opgenomen met de klantenservice, alle benodigde bewijzen aangeleverd, maar er gebeurt helemaal niets. Bol.com’s incompetentie en gebrek aan verantwoordelijkheid zijn uiterst frustrerend.Als je waarde hecht aan je tijd, geld en gemoedsrust, blijf dan weg van dit bedrijf. Bol.com toont nul betrokkenheid om dit probleem op te lossen, en hun partner Dynalogic is net zo onbetrouwbaar. Ik ben diep teleurgesteld in de service en eis onmiddellijke actie om mijn geld terug te krijgen.-----I ordered an LG C3 - 65 inch TV from Bol.com for 1300 euro on November 28th, and as of December 30th, the product has still not been delivered. Bol.com used a delivery partner, Dynalogic, which repeatedly failed to deliver the item. For weeks, the status showed “sorting error,” and eventually, the delivery was marked as failed by the courier company.Despite this, Bol.com’s system falsely claims that the product was delivered, and my repeated requests for a refund have been ignored. Customer service has been completely unhelpful, asking me to “wait” endlessly while they “investigate.” It has been over a month, and Bol.com continues to hold on to my money (Order No: A0-00-12-XM-H9).This is completely unacceptable! I’ve contacted customer service numerous times, provided all the necessary proof, and yet nothing has been resolved. Bol.com’s incompetence and lack of accountability are beyond frustrating.If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay away from this company. Bol.com has shown zero commitment to resolving this issue, and their partner, Dynalogic, is equally unreliable. I am appalled by the service and demand immediate action to refund my money.

I have a Family Membership. Recently checked a few places and couldn’t book a membership timeslot...plenty of tickets available for paying customers though!! I totally disagree with regards to people saying that a membership of NT is based on them being a charity. You wouldn’t give money to WaterAid if you found out they were selling the water to the Africans would you? They sat through Lockdown with a million subscriptions coming in and little outgoings beyond maintenance.

My driver(Mahmoud)was being extremely disrespectful and rude claiming I took longer than the wait time to come downstairs. He kept pushing it saying “how he could’ve cancelled but didn’t” and saying I shouldn’t take so long . “I replied back saying do ur job” not only did I missed school but he kicked me out even though he had an aggressive attitude towards me to begin with, I just responded equally, I’m fuming and angry I’ve been using Lyft and uber for years and never once had a problem like this. Im generally a very calm person, but when my Lyft driver decides to nag me before 9 o’clock in the morning AND kick me out, I’m going to be upset. I already tried to file a complaint. Wasting my money, sacrificing my education for what?. I was in the car on time and if I wasn’t he could’ve cancelled before I got into the ride. I went downstairs with two minutes to spare on my Lyft app before it said the driver would cancel. Then he proceeded to lie and said I took 6 minutes. He had no respect or valid reason to start the argument that he did. I then got a support text from Lyft claiming he filed a report and got me kicked off the app, even though I’m not allowed to complain accordingly without going on a second website? And may still not have my issue resolved. After being a valuable customer for so long I’m embarrassed for Lyft and the drivers they let work for them. I hope this gets dealt with this accordingly because I’m not in the wrong.

Coinbase preventing you from moving crypto off their exchange.When you want to move crypto off their exchange to your own hardware wallet (cold storage). They require that you make a small deposit test (where you have to first send Coinvbase a small amount of crypto, allegedly to verify you own the wallet you want your transaction to go to).When you do the small deposit test and send them the crypto, you are then told you can make your transaction.....EXCEPT IT DOES NOT WORKYou go to do your transfer (after completing the small deposit test) and it asks you to complete another small deposit test AGAIN and you end up in a continuous loop where you can't move your crypto off their exchange. I spent over 2hrs on chat support with 2 agents, one hung up (for no reason) Kimberly and Kashish. They don't care, I don't even believe they have the bitcoin.This is not the first issue I have had with CoinbaseWe all need to use a different exchange.

Super slow customer support. I thought for a second they were messing with me. It took 80 minutes in total to get information regarding a payment that was denied by my bank. They kept saying over and over again "pleas hold for a few more minutes", "I'm looking up the details now" etc etc... It took them 80 minutes to answer this. Absolutely ridiculous. I spoke to Harshite and Vince Ace. Absolutely incompetent employees and blatantly disrespectful of customers time...
