My driver(Mahmoud)was being extremely disrespectful and rude claiming I took longer than the wait time to come downstairs. He kept pushing it saying “how he could’ve cancelled but didn’t” and saying I shouldn’t take so long . “I replied back saying do ur job” not only did I missed school but he kicked me out even though he had an aggressive attitude towards me to begin with, I just responded equally, I’m fuming and angry I’ve been using Lyft and uber for years and never once had a problem like this. Im generally a very calm person, but when my Lyft driver decides to nag me before 9 o’clock in the morning AND kick me out, I’m going to be upset. I already tried to file a complaint. Wasting my money, sacrificing my education for what?. I was in the car on time and if I wasn’t he could’ve cancelled before I got into the ride. I went downstairs with two minutes to spare on my Lyft app before it said the driver would cancel. Then he proceeded to lie and said I took 6 minutes. He had no respect or valid reason to start the argument that he did. I then got a support text from Lyft claiming he filed a report and got me kicked off the app, even though I’m not allowed to complain accordingly without going on a second website? And may still not have my issue resolved. After being a valuable customer for so long I’m embarrassed for Lyft and the drivers they let work for them. I hope this gets dealt with this accordingly because I’m not in the wrong.
