I signed up for Odoo because they said one app was free for life. I was excited about moving my CRM from Zoho (tried ClickUp - great for project management, but not good as a CRM).I started adding my contacts and reviewing the CRM. It turns out that Odoo considers contacts & CRM as two separate apps, but you can't have a CRM without contacts. The whole process felt misleading. As a small business owner I am paying or a lot of apps to run my business and I thought I might switch some of them over to Odoo after I got used to the CRM. When businesses are not clear from the beginning and use sly tactics to gain my business, I find it disrespectful of my time and immediately lose trust in that company.

No refund issued to date by seller for item purchased on 11th June 2020 despite agreeing to in writing via Discogs messages. Six 'Seller Not Responding reports' issued for the order but seller continues to ignore correspondence. Discogs removed my negative feedback for the seller and subsequently disabled the Seller Not Responding feature. What does this say about Discogs's treatment of buyers versus sellers? Does it have anything to do with the commission that Discogs stands to earn from the seller? I eventually got in contact with the Discogs Community Support Lead. She ignored multiple requests for the name of Discogs CEO and further requests for a Discogs business correspondence address along with multiple requests to be put in contact with the Leadership Team. On September 9th she threatened that my Discogs account would be "suspended" if I attempted to discuss the matter further. I have made 1,169 purchases to date in the marketplace. In summary: I have not been refunded for a purchase made 3 months ago yet the seller has a 100% feedback rating as of today Monday September 28th 2020. Discogs would rather suspend a buyer's account than allow accurate negative feedback for a buyer. The generic response below is proof that Discogs have not even reviewed this case as 1. Discogs has not applied any pressure on the seller to issue a refund to date 2. My feedback (removed) was actually in accordance with Discogs guidelines and referred only to the condition of the record. It's clear that Discogs will give preferential treatment to buyers over sellers due to the 8% commission they stand to receive from the seller. All correspondence with Discogs is available to anyone who wishes to view it. Correspondence regarding the above was issued to the Discogs CEO on 09/28/20. This review will be updated to reflect any further responses/actions from Discogs.

I was told that with the advertising comes the upgrade which was a complete lie. I was charged $250 for 8 days of ads with the upgrade package. The leads we received were not good leads, not in this state. Don't let them sell you into this...run and put your advertising budget somewhere else.

Zara has apparently completely eliminated the term "customer service" from its corporate philosophy. Anyone who shops online here should be aware that support is practically nonexistent. No contact person, no phone number, no help – just a chatbot that is limited to standard responses.The business model is simple: sell, collect, disappear. As soon as a problem arises, the company completely withdraws. Customers are left alone with unanswered questions, frustration, and lost trust.With every attempt to contact the company, Zara clearly demonstrates that customers are a means to an end, nothing more. Responsibility is avoided, transparency is completely lacking, and accessibility is not provided.Anyone who values integrity, service, and reliable communication should urgently stay away from Zara. This company ignores its responsibility and is unacceptable in its dealings with customers.
