The platform is easy to use but its very difficult to figure out the fees associated with the tickets. There has been incidents that I completed an order by accident and once that is done there is no way to request for a refund. There is a button that says price with fees but that toggle does not work.

4star because their customer support pulled through. I kept subscribing for months after my computer died, because the process for canceling was way harder than it should be. I finally got my act together and asked for backup of my data on a $204 1TB drive. I had some issues recovering data that if unresolved, which would have resulted in a 1star review, but within 1 day their support gave me a workable solution and I am satisfied. The process for canceling service is ridiculously tough, and I checked through 3-4 different options and it seemed to work, but I don’t know if I checked too many or not enough. Regardless, it worked out, and if I needed an automatic backup in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to consider Backblaze.

Being able to use this for free limited to personal use is really a life saver. It is so much easier than anything else to support family and friends at home. The ability to support multipel people connected concurrently is really nice too to collaborate on fixing a problem for someone.I use it with a commercial license at work.

Having purchased a top of the range TV in 2012 which was sold with a 5 yr guarantee, imagine my disgust when in Jan 2016 the TV developed a fault and both the retailer and more importantly Panasonic Customer Services are now refusing to honour the guarantee, based on the registration not being recorded on their system - despite full documentation in regard to original receipts, guarantee tickets, recorded serial numbers etc. Having used Pana (and Technics) for many years I will never buy Panasonic again. Disgusting attitude, and much to be said for Pana build quality that such an expensive unit can fail in less than 4 yrs.

Good Heavens! I have never seen so many really bad and truly negative reviews as those I have just read regarding this apparently toxic website. Amazing! An opaque and unsupported allegation made against an 84 year old female of wrongdoing! I had done nothing other than to view a stream of highly unlikely locals for my approval that Facebook seemed to think I would know. I did not. What is Facebook attempting to accomplish? I was merely attempting to locate old friends in the U.S. and elsewhere, who may, or may not, still be alive, and who may, or may not, be on Facebook. They are, for the most part, educated to degree and doctorate level, and given what I have seen today, I very much doubt that they would remain on Facebook. Facebook has changed in the last 20 or so years, and not for the better. Who are they, now?Having conducted a brief research, I have discovered that the target audience is 13 years to mid 40s. Interesting.Facebook would not accept my email address and had me use my mobile phone number. This is worrying, particularly so, as Facebook proceeded to run a long line of local members past me with no attempt to have me file personal information - my profile. Of further concern, is that they already knew my location. I left the site and returned with the intention of deleting my name/profile - what there was of it from the Facebook website. However, it is clear that Facebook already has this information, but were not "letting on!" I found that Facebook had beaten me to it and had "blocked" me on the pretext that I had committed some sort of breach of their R & Rs! In other words, is Facebook making an ill judged and unsupported allegation against me, designed to put me on the defensive? The appeal options cited were to "go to Court" or launch an appeal! What? As I wanted all data that Facebook had on their data base removed in its entirety, I opted to "appeal." Facebook moved into another sphere of elegance and this is where the red flags appeared! Facebook demanded that I submit a "selfie" I have no idea how to do this. However, what Facebook intended me to do was enable the camera on my computer and move my head in the various directions that Facebook demanded. The rationale for this exercise as they put it, would be that they would have access to images of my facial features - and HEAD SHAPE! Why? Is this intended to reveal ethnicity? Could this policy be described as sinister? I am not sure, but I do find this to be of some concern. For what purpose are these "selfies" to be used? It is certainly more than straightforward OTT, particularly in view of he fact that Facebook had ALREADY IDENTIFIED ME and my LOCATION!To avoid being stalked - again - by a Facebook user who now has a criminal record for their activities against me, I used an old family name as an add on, hoping to side step them. Any reason why we cannot do this, Facebook?Having read other reviews, it appears that there is considerable "silliness" within the so called Facebook hierarchy. Definitely not for those who think and try to live their lives with dignity and integrity. Best avoided, I believe. Dreadful and really quite sinister! 13 year olds encouraged on these websites? Adolescents are vulnerable enough. Why encourage them to engage when they should be at school studying, enjoying sports and other activities and not exposing themselves to potential manipulation and harm by predators lurking in the shadows. Shame on you Facebook.

Received a Hero Black 12 that was totally dead after applying the required update.None of my 4 requests for support was answered, despite their SLA commitment on their page.My Request for return was auto-acknowledged, but I never received the stated return instructions.Emails to their dispute box bounced as the box was full.Basically they are not available through any of their channels whatsoever and I am loosing $800.

This website is so misleading, you literally feel conned. You sign up for a free trial and as soon as you download anything, you're charged 25.00 for a regular subscription. Just be aware that the one-week free trial is for watermarked images so the moment you download an image you are charged, it is very misleading, I will never use this company again and I am very worried with them having our company credit card details. I will be keeping an eye on our statements. The people who answer the emails are lovely, the only plus side to this company however, I have lost trust due to being mislead with the trial so I won't ever use again or recommend anyone else to.EDIT - make it clearer on your website. It’s not the “norm” in the stock image industry as you’re the first one I’ve come across that does this hence the bad review. Just be more upfront & clearer from the get go and people won’t feel as conned. Thanks for the refund, just make things more honest at the start.
