Super slow customer support. I thought for a second they were messing with me. It took 80 minutes in total to get information regarding a payment that was denied by my bank. They kept saying over and over again "pleas hold for a few more minutes", "I'm looking up the details now" etc etc... It took them 80 minutes to answer this. Absolutely ridiculous. I spoke to Harshite and Vince Ace. Absolutely incompetent employees and blatantly disrespectful of customers time...
