Review of anthropologie
About a week or so ago, I order for the first time from Anthropologie. I ordered a suger bowl, the matching creamer and the matching teapot. All by The Met collaboration. Initially, I had a hard time getting them because The sugarbowl is sold out everywhere in the United States. Fortunately, I was able to purchase them from the UK. Today, they all arrived. The box came completely destroyed, and the teapot is in pieces. It's unfortunate because this is thr only thing my daughter wanted. Her father passed away last month in November, two days before her birthday, and I really wanted to try and get her something nice that would hopefully make her feel a little less sad. How can I get a replacement?Update 12/7/2024 or 7/12/2024: I was able to get a replacement in store. The e chamge was easy and flawless and the employees were so helpful and nice. My daughter will be so excited when she sees it and I have become a new fan of Anthropologie! Thank you Biltmore Anthropologie!!!

My account was hacked and after they asked me to provide the ID and confirmed it, they left everything on my account and even after a few more begging to help me, they just stopped answering and ignored everything that came my way. I believe that some scam platforms have better customer support than LinkedIn.
