I spend more time trying to update Sims 4...again...than actually playing it. It's not even worth one star. You think you can come onto the app quickly and play a game for half an hour. Instead, you spend more than an hour trying to get the update to start loading. Goodness knows how long the downloading of the update itself will take as the preparation takes more than an hour. Useless app, highly regret getting it, Sims4 is fun, but this is way too much grief for any game, no matter how much fun you might have had, if it had started. Play a quick game on your phone, it's a million times better, no matter what game. Minus five stars.

Played and enjoyed chess.com then suddenly I have to login and couldn’t remember it , cannot reset my password without knowing the old one , can’t close account without out knowing the password, chessica keeps me going in circles with the same links to rest password which require me to know the password totally amazes me lack of assistance is frustrating I’m totally disgusted at this point and will just remove the app

I recently booked a hotel in Myrtle beach sc through you guys and it was the worst thing ever since you have false advertisement on hotels pictures,I booked the palette sunset waves resort Myrtle beach sc and the pics was nothing to what we walked to.thats not even the real name of the hotel since the name was changed to sea mist.i blame ya for the misunderstanding for putting false information on the site.never will i booked with ya since i wont know if what im booking is really what’s showing.

After moving to another country for 3 years, I am receiving a debt collection (INKASSO!!) bill from Germany because a purchase was not paid for 3 years ago (which was paid for), Otto no longer has any evidence because it was too long ago and he wants to do nothing else with it. Not obvious, but after 3 years, asking 1300 euros for something that cost 300 euros and was paid for. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm definitely not done with you yet. You can send the bill via inkasso, but cant have you administration/evidence right.

I bought a Nokia 800 Tough, 10-Nov. I like the phone, but it does not have the functionality claimed. In patricular it cannot properly sync Google contacts. So I triggered the 30 day return option and had it collected on 14 December. Nokia have failed to refund the payment. No reason is given. Their emails sometimes blame the bank, but when I ask them for the date of the bank authorisation, it becomes clear Nokia have not contacted the bank at all. They say the case is "escalated" without giving a reason. They have changed the due period from a maximum of 5 to 7 working days to 15. Also they claim that time starts from the date of arrival of the returned product in their warehouse. Of course it starts from the date of colelction by their agent, here the courier. I have no interest in their internal storage.

Kroger in christiansburg Virginia is horrible they only have 1 or 2 lanes open and they depend on the self check out! Im a mother of 2 small children and self check out isn't an option for me when I have a week or two worth of groceries. Last time I was there No lanes were open It wasn't a holiday or near a holiday and it was a sunday afternoon I had both kid alone with a full cart of groceries 50 +items I had to do self check out and I was so mad and almost cried no employee asked to help me or offer to open a lane. 2 other costumers that day said forget it and left. The self check out clerk was a young boy who said he didn't know why they didn't have any lanes open and he did seem frustrated as well.

Even from my deleted number owner can reach it and stole my email. You are responsible for that! I tried everything to reach my email and you constantly dont give any support. Still stubborn to not help. My google, email and youtube is all gone and the reason is so nonsense. If i am not gonna be able to open my account, then delete it. Google not help with anything. As i said, even my deleted number owner can reach and stole my gmail right now. But i cant open my own account, how ironic isnt it? And google encourages this crime by refusing to do anything! If you dont open my account or delete my email, i will open a lawsuit against google immediately! This is a huge crime and i will defend my rights!

You really need to do something regarding customer service! It's a shame such big company, have such bad cs service! You pull the whole company down with this!Few days ago I had a emergency issue and you answered after 12h and didnt even sort the issue! I could be exposed to hackers because that. Meanwhile another platform same size like you, answered in 10 minutes and sorted the issues professional! I will not name it but guys you need to invest more in CS and on the platform. You are losing money and customer confidence with this. CRO will not grow ever if you continue with stupid marketing instead to invest in a better platform, cs etc and more you gonna lose the actual investors! Shame!

Binance’s treatment of GBP users has been nothing short of disgraceful. First, they blocked all GBP transactions, then they announced a forced conversion to USDT at a terrible, artificially low rate—always stuck at 1.22 while the market rate is significantly higher. This is nothing less than daylight robbery, a blatant attempt to squeeze extra profits from users who trusted their platform. If this is how they treat their customers, I can’t imagine why anyone would continue using their services. Avoid Binance unless you enjoy being exploited.

Don’t bother!I’ve wasted months with this lot for absolutely no resolution or support from them. They literally pass on your comments to the company you have raised a complaint against and do nothing. It close your complaint leaving it unresolved with no support I don’t actually understand what the point of BBB is other than to waste peoples time. I’m seeking legal advise against the company I raised a complaint about and now BBB for their false advertisement and useless behaviour.
