Played and enjoyed chess.com then suddenly I have to login and couldn’t remember it , cannot reset my password without knowing the old one , can’t close account without out knowing the password, chessica keeps me going in circles with the same links to rest password which require me to know the password totally amazes me lack of assistance is frustrating I’m totally disgusted at this point and will just remove the app
