You really need to do something regarding customer service! It's a shame such big company, have such bad cs service! You pull the whole company down with this!Few days ago I had a emergency issue and you answered after 12h and didnt even sort the issue! I could be exposed to hackers because that. Meanwhile another platform same size like you, answered in 10 minutes and sorted the issues professional! I will not name it but guys you need to invest more in CS and on the platform. You are losing money and customer confidence with this. CRO will not grow ever if you continue with stupid marketing instead to invest in a better platform, cs etc and more you gonna lose the actual investors! Shame!

Horrendous customer service. I wasn't a big spender and was atrocious at resolving any issues on their application. If I had more money involved would be absolutely fuming with how they handle issues. Avoid at all costs and use other platforms.

Binance’s treatment of GBP users has been nothing short of disgraceful. First, they blocked all GBP transactions, then they announced a forced conversion to USDT at a terrible, artificially low rate—always stuck at 1.22 while the market rate is significantly higher. This is nothing less than daylight robbery, a blatant attempt to squeeze extra profits from users who trusted their platform. If this is how they treat their customers, I can’t imagine why anyone would continue using their services. Avoid Binance unless you enjoy being exploited.

Don’t bother!I’ve wasted months with this lot for absolutely no resolution or support from them. They literally pass on your comments to the company you have raised a complaint against and do nothing. It close your complaint leaving it unresolved with no support I don’t actually understand what the point of BBB is other than to waste peoples time. I’m seeking legal advise against the company I raised a complaint about and now BBB for their false advertisement and useless behaviour.

I cant access to my email. I forgot my password and i deleted my recovery number almost 2 years ago. My google, gmail and youtube is gone for that. Even from my deleted number owner can reach it and stole my email. You are responsible for that! I tried everything to reach my email and you constantly dont give any support. Still stubborn to not help. My google, email and youtube is all gone and the reason is so nonsense. If i am not gonna be able to open my account, then delete it. Google not help with anything. As i said, even my deleted number owner can reach and stole my gmail right now. But i cant open my own account, how ironic isnt it? And google encourages this crime by refusing to do anything! If you dont open my account or delete my email, i will open a lawsuit against google immediately! This is a huge crime and i will defend my rights!

We used a woman for a house in Dominican Republic, a week before we were leaving for the vaca she said there was electrical issues and said she upgraded us to a gated community (which we don’t like) , so many issues with the place she got us and she didn’t care that we weren’t happy, I’d print her name but I don’t want to get sued! Just beware of Vrbo …an upgrade it was not ! And then they just send a generic message 🤬

Have reported the same account multiple times for blatant flashing and it always comes back “no violations found” but if I make one comment on something it gets removed and when I appeal it it gets denied🤡

Too often the care givers who list their services on Care.com do not check for their messages frequently enough and do not respond in a timely manner to else they are not courteous and just ignore any inquiry they are not interested in pursuing leaving customers hanging in the wind. Very frustrating! These care giver people for the most part are not on top of their business. Care.com needs to have a mandatory 24 hour reply requirement to customer inquiries, or the care giver gets deleted from Care.com for their irresponsible attitudes to inquires they receive. Going to be easier for me to use a local care giver company like Visiting Angels than it is to use Care.com. Your care giver listings are dragging your Care.com business down.Just saying.

I dropped my camera. I took it to a local camera repair store and the owneropened up my camera and determined the mainframe was cracked. Panasonic will not supply parts and it must go to factory for repair. He did this at no charge. I sent my camera to Panasonic who quoted me a priceI accepted but then they up the quote upon further inspection to a price thatwas more than I paid for the camera. Customer service means nothing toPanasonic. I say a deal is a deal. On top of that they charged me a $75service charge. I protested but Panasonic said read the fine print yousucker.
