Kroger in christiansburg Virginia is horrible they only have 1 or 2 lanes open and they depend on the self check out! Im a mother of 2 small children and self check out isn't an option for me when I have a week or two worth of groceries. Last time I was there No lanes were open It wasn't a holiday or near a holiday and it was a sunday afternoon I had both kid alone with a full cart of groceries 50 +items I had to do self check out and I was so mad and almost cried no employee asked to help me or offer to open a lane. 2 other costumers that day said forget it and left. The self check out clerk was a young boy who said he didn't know why they didn't have any lanes open and he did seem frustrated as well.
