You really need to do something regarding customer service! It's a shame such big company, have such bad cs service! You pull the whole company down with this!Few days ago I had a emergency issue and you answered after 12h and didnt even sort the issue! I could be exposed to hackers because that. Meanwhile another platform same size like you, answered in 10 minutes and sorted the issues professional! I will not name it but guys you need to invest more in CS and on the platform. You are losing money and customer confidence with this. CRO will not grow ever if you continue with stupid marketing instead to invest in a better platform, cs etc and more you gonna lose the actual investors! Shame!
