Don’t bother!I’ve wasted months with this lot for absolutely no resolution or support from them. They literally pass on your comments to the company you have raised a complaint against and do nothing. It close your complaint leaving it unresolved with no support I don’t actually understand what the point of BBB is other than to waste peoples time. I’m seeking legal advise against the company I raised a complaint about and now BBB for their false advertisement and useless behaviour.
